LISBON — Ashley D. House, 32, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of possession of drugs; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and both obstructing official business and petty theft, both misdemeanors. She faces up to nine years and 270 days incarceration along with a $28,750 fine. Sentencing is set for May 14. On Aug. 20, House stole items from Walmart and delayed the investigation, destroying or concealing the items. A year earlier, Aug. 23, 2019, House had methamphetamine, hydrocodone, buprenorphine, lorazepam and psilocyn.
Robert Manigault, 25, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, for his actions on March 20, 2019. Sentencing is set for Feb. 22. He faces up to four years in prison and a $12,500 fine.
LISBON — In Municipal Court, Zachary Robert Johnson, 28, Monongahela, Pa., was sentenced to 13 days in jail, fined $1,175, had his license suspended for three years and required 40 hours community service for OVI, driving under OVI suspension and left of center.
A Feb. 11 pretrial was set for Stephen T. Westover, 30, Clarkson Road, Rogers, cited with OVI second offense, driving under suspension, failure to control and a seat belt violation.
A March 15 pretrial was set for Richard E. Vaughn Jr., 56, state Route 14, East Palestine, cited with OVI and parking on the highway.
A March 15 pretrial was set for Chad E. Capers, 46, Hopedale, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.
Danielle Simons, 45, Lyons Avenue, East Palestine, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional six days in jail and fined $550 for driving under suspension, left of center and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for two bags of suspected methamphetamine found in her vehicle at following a traffic stop in Salem on Dec. 3.
Kevin D. Pasco, 51, East Grant Street, East Palestine, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional six days in jail and fined $250 after a meth pipe was found on the seat where he had been sitting after a K-9 alerted to the vehicle he was riding in on Dec. 3 in Salem.
Jacob D. Keenan, 29, Quay Road, Negley, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from assault for punching Kia Clemmer in the face multiple times and throwing her to the ground on Jan. 10, 2020.
Fred E. Morris Jr., 55, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail, sentenced to four additional days in jail and required 40 hours community service for assault for injuries to John Shields and Julie Morris at their home on Yeager Road, East Liverpool, in December of 2017.
Allen P. Byler, 26, state Route 644, Salineville, was fined $200 for driving under suspension and failure to control.
Jason S. Ryhal, 37, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.
Courtney M. Orr, 29, state Route 45, Leetonia, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Larry Lee Sudberry, 23, Canfield, was fined $300 for failure to display a valid sticker and lighted lights required amended from driving under a 12-point suspension.
A Feb. 17 pretrial was set for Kristopher M. Norton, 44, Canal Street, East Rochester, charged with violating a protection order for allegedly sending emails to Leslie Norton on Jan. 31.
Trinity R. Walker, 21, Moore Street, Columbiana, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
WELLSVILLE — In Wellsville Magistrate Court, Jasmine Richardson, Clark Avenue, was fined $250 for theft.
Raymond Edwards, state Route 518, was fined $200 for drug paraphernalia.
Brittany Spivey, Hillcrest Road, was fined $125 for driving on a suspended license.
Susan Jenkins, Bluff Street, East Liverpool, was fined $175 for no operator’s license.
Gary Stock, Clark Avenue, was fined $900 for driving on a suspended license (third offense within a year) and possession of drug abuse instruments.
Paul Boley, Commerce Street in Wellsville, was fined $150 for theft.
A review hearing has been set on Feb. 25 for Dorothy Shepherd, Broadway Avenue, East Liverpool, for a nuisance property violation in regard to a property at 409 Main St. The work was supposed to be completed on the property Oct. 22, 2019, according to court documents that promised to suspend $1,500 of the $2,500 fine if it was completed.
EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Charles D. Brereton III, South Surry Road, pleaded no contest to failure to file income tax and was fined $500 ($450 of the fine will be held in abeyance as long as he complies with the terms of his non-reporting unsupervised probation). He filed returns for tax years 2014 through 2016 and is ordered to make payments as agreed for 2009 through 2011 and 2014 and 2016. An additional charge of return and payment of income tax was dismissed with prejudice, after the defendant stipulated to probable cause and will pay associated costs.
An additional failure to file city income tax charge was dismissed with prejudice against Julie Brereton, South Surry Road.
Roy O. Moffett III, Union Ridge Road in Negley, was sentenced to 28 days in jail (imposed) for a probation violation.
Bristen Z. Lavant, Wilbert Avenue, was find $250 and given 60 days (all suspended) for no operator’s license.
Jay E. Kibler, Midland, Pa., was fined $150 on an amended charge of speeding (45 in a 40 mph zone).
Shawn A. Osborn was set April 13 for a bond hearing.
Ritchie L. Ketchum, Darner Road, Lisbon, was set,March 10 for pretrial on a failure to control charge.
Merle C. Schreffler, Fairway Road, was set March 23 for a pretrial on an amended charge of driving under suspension (failure to reinstate).
Antonio M. Diggs, Midland, Pa., was set April 1 on OVI and reckless operation charges.
