LISBON — Tai Sheana R. Crockett, 23, Cleveland, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Sentencing is set for March 25. Crockett faces up to 18 months in prison, a $5,000 fine and a five-year license suspension.

Cassandra A. Badini, 31, Rootstown, pleaded guilty to complicity in the commission of an offense with a forfeiture specification. Badini provided transportation to Jason Yates and supplied him with drugs to sell on Aug. 4, 2018. She faces up to a year in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for April 15.


LISBON — A Feb. 1 preliminary and pretrial were set in county Municipal Court for Ryan Matthew Hoschar, 24, Boston Street, Washingtonville, charged with two counts of violating a protection order, a third-degree felony; burglary, a third-degree felony, and a misdemeanor drug paraphernalia for a cut straw and a bottle cap with narcotics residue allegedly found in his clothing when New Waterford police responded to the home of Carly Williams and a child, who both had a protection order against him on Thursday. Hoschar had reportedly entered the home without her permission and then fled on foot.

A March 9 pretrial was set for Joseph McCallister, 39, Stewart Road, Salem, charged with wrongful entrustment and three counts of endangering children for allegedly allowing a 12-year-old girl to drive his vehicle on Depot Road with another 12-year-old girl riding in the vehicle on Jan. 6.

A March 18 pretrial was set for Andre L. Owens Jr., 22, Warren, cited with OVI first offense and unsafe vehicle.

A Feb. 1 pretrial was set for Nicole L. Haynes, 32, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly striking her 13-year-old daughter in the nose and grabbing her head and ears on Thursday.

Angela Nalley, 41, St. George Street, East Liverpool, waived her right to an extradition hearing so she can be returned to Chippewa Township, Pennsylvania where she is facing a theft charge.

Chad M. Collins, 34, McCracken Road, Salem, waived his right to an extradition hearing so he can be returned to Pennsylvania, where he faces an assault charge from Butler County.

Julio Cedillo Orellana, 40, Canton, was sentenced to three days in jail and fined $280 for driving under 12-point suspension and a stop sign violation.

Jonathan David Rockhold, 46, Broadway, Wellsville, was fined $180 for driving under suspension and loud exhaust.

A March 22 pretrial was set for James L. Spurlock III, 24, state Route 170, Negley, cited with unauthorized plate and driving under suspension.

A March 22 pretrial was set for Adrienna M. Jackson, 29, Independence Square, Wellsville, cited with driving under suspension and failure to control.
