LISBON — The county grand jury issued a no bill of indictment for Christopher W. Merriman, 20, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville. The case has been dismissed. Merriman had been facing accusations of breaking and entering.

The grand jury issued a no bill of indictment for Francis J. Lewis, 39, Independence Square, Wellsville, who had been accused of theft. The case has been dismissed.

Municipal

LISBON — A March 4 pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Tonia Louann Hays, 76, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.

A March 8 pretrial was set for Rick Joseph Willis Jr., 30, Spring Street, Salineville, charged with theft for allegedly replacing the pricing stickers on products, altering the price of $77 in merchandise scanned at the Salem Walmart on Dec. 24.

Harold R. Frederick, 60, East Oak Road, Lisbon, was fined $280 for driving under suspension, failure to move left for a public safety vehicle with flashing lights and a seat belt violation.

Capone Haywood, 20, Youngstown, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and speeding.

With the issues remedied, six citations of building maintenance violations against Mitchell McGuire, 46, Tower Road, Hanoverton, were dismissed. The citations had involved three buildings on South Market Street in Lisbon.

EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Jeffrey D. Knoblock, Taylor Road, Rogers, was fined $350 and given180 days in jail (three imposed) and 40 community service hours for domestic violence.

Ashley O’Rangers, St. George Street, had a jail sentence of seven days imposed for a probation violation.

Robert W. Arnold, Smithfield Street, was fined $180 for no license and failure to signal.

Roslyn M. Galloway, Newell, W.Va. was fined $750 and given 60 days jail (one imposed) and 50 hours community service for drug paraphernalia, drug abuse instruments and public intoxication.

Eric L. Jordan, East Pidgeon Street, Salem, had 30 days jail time imposed on a probation violation.

The felony domestic violence case against Lindsay J. Beaver, Blakely Street, was bound over to the county grand jury.

Christopher L. Call, Wyoming Avenue, was fined $375 for a probation violation.

Shayne B. Kosek, Pancake Clarkson Road, Rogers, was fined $75 and given 36 days in jail (suspended) for a probation violation.

Dalton S. Fitch, Riley Street, was fined $100 for failure to control.

Jordan M. Franklin, Main Street in Wellsville, was bound over to grand jury on a felony domestic violence charge.

Jade M. Hall, Chester, W.Va. was fined $250 for no license charge.

Ryan L. Pritt, Lisbon Street, was set Feb. 25 for a trial on a violating a protection order charge.

Rodney A. Grace Sr., Youngstown, was set Feb. 18 for a status hearing and March 4 for a trial on menacing and disorderly conduct charges.

Leroy V. Williams, Beaver Falls, Pa., was set for a status hearing Feb. 25 and a jury trial on March 3 on a domestic violence charge.
