LISBON — A Nov. 23 preliminary hearing was set in County Municipal Court for Mason Taylor, 20, Oakmont Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with arson after allegedly starting a fire in Pod 42 while he was an inmate at the county jail on Wednesday.
Megan Gabrielle McCluskey, 21, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, was credited with four days served, sentenced to an additional six days in jail, fined $1,325, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 60 hours community service for OVI first offense, possession of marijuana, parking on the highway and obstructing official business for throwing a clear plastic bag containing suspected marijuana onto the ground.
A Jan. 21 pretrial was set for Adam J. Faulkner, 23, state Route 14, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense, use of an unauthorized plate, driving under FRA suspension and failure to control.
A Nov. 30 pretrial was set for Corey M. Haueter, 34, Richey School Road, Hanoverton, charged with disorderly conduct and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for a plastic baggie of methamphetamines Salem police reportedly found lying on the ground near the vehicle where Haueter allegedly exited the vehicle to flee from them.
Diane L. Andre, 40, Elberan Avenue, Salem, was credited with three days served, sentenced to an additional seven days in jail, fined $350 and required 40 hours community service for theft for walking toward the door at the Kids Zone store in Salem without paying for a white sweatshirt on Oct. 9.
A Jan. 14 pretrial was set for Harold Gene Bell Jr., 57, Grant Street, Salem, cited with two counts of driving under suspension.
A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Darby E. Mayhew, 39, East Sixth Street, Salem, cited with two counts of driving under suspension.
A Nov. 23 pretrial was set for Jack H. Shaffer III, 35, Greentown, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
David W. Lotz, 50, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.
