LISBON — A Nov. 12 pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Robert J. Crespo, 33, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening Charity Todd and her daughter, including threatening to set her home on fire on Wednesday.

A Nov. 12 pretrial was set for Brandon M. Huff, 25, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, charged with theft and falsification. Huff is accused of taking two knives, a sound bar, six or seven watches, a GPS Tom Tom and a backup camera from John A. White’s home on Oct. 13. Huff also allegedly claimed a man held a knife to his throat, while a woman and another man took items from inside the house, a story he reportedly later retracted.

Corley E. Brean, 46, state Route 644, Salineville, was fined $200 for possession of pot and paraphernalia.

A Dec. 21 pretrial was set for Lee Allen Courtney, 54, Buckeye Avenue, Salem, charged with passing a bad check for writing a $570 check to the Columbiana Municipal Court on July 1, which was dishonored for insufficient funds.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Jason M. Russell II, 20, Dyke Road, Rogers, charged with underage consumption being found intoxicated while driving on Thursday.

Jeffrey B. Weddell, 63, Camp Boulevard, Hanoverton, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

A Dec. 14 pretrial was set for Megan Nicole Thomas, 34, Toronto, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.

Robert Meza Garcia, 43, Tulsa, Okla., was fined $100 for no license.

A Dec. 21 pretrial was set for Larry Lee Sudberry, 23, Canfield Road, Canfield, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Joseph Paul Kopnitsky, 30, Youngstown, cited with driving under suspension.

A Dec. 10 pretrial was set for Logan Franklin Joseph McNicol, 21, Lisbon Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.

A Dec. 10 pretrial was set for Chelsea Anne Marie Henderhan, 19, West Washington Street, Lisbon, cited with no license and improper turn at an intersection.

Grand Jury

LISBON –William D. Cunning, 43, Spruce Street, Columbiana, was served a secret indictment charging him with possession of a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies. On May 25, Cunning allegedly had both methamphetamines and a fentanyl-related compound. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in October.
