LISBON — Johnathon Michael Weaver, 32, Sprucevale Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for charges in Common Pleas Court. Weaver was sentenced to 18 months for domestic violence for harming Angela Weaver on Oct. 21, 2018 when he has two prior convictions for domestic violence. Additionally, he pleaded guilty to two counts of possessoin of a fentanyl-related compound, three counts of possession of cocaine and one count of aggravated possession of drugs. He was sentenced to an additional year in prison for the drug charges, but was credited with 267 days served.
LISBON — Edward A. Duko II, 33, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was served a secret indictment charging him with corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony. Duko allegedly gave heroin to a woman on April 11, 2018.
LISBON — A Nov. 16 pretrial was set in County Municipal Court for Jonathan E. Mitchell, 47, Scroggs Road, Lisbon, cited with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and driving under OVI suspension.
Alan D. Price, 57, East Sixth Street, Salem, was fined $325 for reasonable control and physical control amended from OVI first offense.
Jason R. Bays, 34, East Eighth Street, Salem, was fined $150, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for assault amended from domestic violence for choking Candice Chamberlain during an argument on March 25.
An Oct. 22 pretrial was set for Brent T. Durk, 26, Aetna Street, Salem, cited with obstructing official business, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Durk allegedly hid his face and went into the basement of a Sharp Street home when police knocked on the door on Oct. 15, refused to come out when ordered to do so and then screamed obscenities outside while being placed in the cruiser.
A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Robert R. Campbell, 62 Darlington Road, Negley, charged with criminal trespassing for allegedly going onto the property of Econo Space, North Market Street, East Palestine, on Oct. 5, when he had been served by certified mail in late August with an order not to enter the property after Sept. 24.
A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Thomas C. Summers, 41, Haiti Road, Salineville, cited with criminal trespassing for allegedly entering a property in Washington Township owned by a deputy in Trumbull County on Oct. 4.
A Dec. 1 pretrial was set for Robert L. Plegge, 66, Beechwood Road, Salem, cited with telecommunications harassment and menacing for allegedly sending threatening text messages to Charity Townsend on July 22.
Heather A. Young, 34, West Wayne Street, Alliance, was credited with 12 days in jail and fined $150 for drug paraphernalia for a glass meth pipe and other items found inside her backpack on Dec. 23.
Kimberly M. Jackson, 35, old state Route 558, Salem, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to serve another two days in jail, fined $400 and required 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct and falsification. The second charge was for claiming nothing happened between her and Timothy Boggs Jr. at a North Pleasant Drive, East Palestine, home on July 5, when it was later determined there had been a domestic assault. The other was for the two of them fighting while one of them was driving a vehicle on Sept. 23.
Aaron Roma, 43, Canton, was fined $300 for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.
Clinton G. Dennis, 35, Freedom, Pa., was fined $285 for driving under suspension and speeding.
Thomas G. Clark, 42, Fife Coal Road, Wellsville, was fined $280 for driving under suspension and marked lanes.
An Oct. 29 pretrial was set for Larry A. Starkey, 33, West Seventh Street, Salem, cited with illegal use of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a meth pipe in his pocket.
Clyde C. Harris, 59, East High Street, Leetonia, was fined $225 for marked lanes and reasonable control amended from failure to stop following an accident.
