LISBON — Anthony R. Wagoner, 40, Cadmus Street, East Liverpool, was served with breaking and entering and obstructing official business. On June 19, 2020, Wagoner allegedly went into an unoccupied structure at a McCormick Run Road, Salineville, address, owned by Maurice Glover, and hampered an investigation on the same day.
Lester D. Lovett, Jr., 27, last known address Oakdale Avenue, Wellsville, was served a secret indictment charging him with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, which he is accused of having on June 28, 2019. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in September.
EAST LIVERPOOL — Sheldon C. McDonald, of Fairview Street, was sentenced to $250 plus costs and 180 days in jail (15 imposed) along with 40 hours of mandatory community service for telecommunications harassment. His review hearing is set for Dec. 18.
Jason L. McEldowney, of Lincoln Avenue. is set for trial Oct. 29 on a domestic violence charge.
Amber L. Maraldo, of Continental Drive in Salem, was set for an Oct. 22 status hearing and an Oct. 29 trial for possession of drug abuse instruments and possession of marijuana.
Jena M. Smith, of Midland, Pa. was set for a Jan. 28 pretrial for theft.
Tina M. Williams, of Rose Drive in Lisbon, was sentenced to a $400 fine plus costs and 90 days in jail (55 imposed) on charges of theft and criminal trespass. Her review was set for Dec. 18.
Heather R. Brown, of Cusick Road in Lisbon, is set for an Oct. 22 pretrial on a theft charge.
Kasey D. Bailey, of Newell, W.Va., was set for a Jan. 28 pretrial on a theft charge.
David J. Scott, of Tucson, Az. was sentenced to a $50 fine plus costs on disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
Shane E. McCutcheon, of Wilbert Ave, was set for a Dec. 10 pretrial on a no operator’s license charge.
