Municipal

LISBON — In county Municipal Court, an Oct. 5 pretrial was set for Nathan Courtney, 33, Park Avenue, Salem, charged with three counts of endangering children. Courtney allegedly had a verbal argument with his girlfriend and threw a rock at her van when she was trying to leave. There were three children in the van.

Stephen Bott, 24, Melbourne Avenue, Boardman, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, fined $1,075, had his license suspended for three years and ordered 40 hours of community service for OVI first offense, OVI breath .08 gram first offense, driving under suspension and speeding.

James R. Burgess, 51, Chestnut Street, Lisbon, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $725 and had his license suspended for one year for OVI first offense, OVI breath .08 gram first offense and failure to control.

Jeffrey M. Skidmore, 40, Gromley Road, Salem, was sentenced to 120 days in jail, fined $900, had his license suspended for two years and ordered 40 hours of community service for OVI first offense and use of unauthorized plates.

An Oct. 26 pretrial was set for Roy O. Moffett III, 24, Scott Drive, Alliance, charged with OVI first offense, taillights and possession of marijuana.

A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Destiny N. Earich, 22, Wood Street, Wellsville, charged with aggravated menacing. Earich and another woman allegedly assaulted and damaged the vehicles of two other women.

An Oct. 22 pretrial was set for Christopher A. Juillerat, 31, Henry Avenue Southwest, Canton, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath .08 gram first offense, a seatbelt violation and speeding.

A Nov. 3 pretrial was set for Charles F. English, 36, Wheatland, PA, charged with OVI second offense, operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, distracted driving and assured clear distance.

A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Jeffrey A. Dawson, 58, Y and O Road, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence.

An Oct. 26 pretrial was set for Gwynne A. Thomas, 44, Homeworth Road, Homeworth, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath .08 gram first offense, driving left of center and distracted driving.

A Sept. 17 preliminary hearing was set for Kara L. Grate, 31, Mattix Road, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence and endangering children.

An Oct. 20 pretrial was set for Adam I. Hoce, 26, West Perry, Salem, charged with driving under 12-point suspension.

A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Shane A. Harris, 38, Summit Drive, Salineville, charged with falsification.

An Oct. 27 pretrial was set for Gerald Jackson, 37, Washington Street, Washingtonville, charged with prohibitions against violations of board.
