LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Lindsey N. Hartt, 28, North Jefferson Street, Lisbon, was fined $725, had her license suspended for a year, ordered to attend a three-day counseling program and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.

A July 14 pretrial was set for Alora Terese Vancooney, 20, Franklin Avenue, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly taking about $355 in merchandise over a two-month period while she worked at the Salem Walmart.

A July 9 pretrial was set for Brian K. Custer Jr., 18, Francis Drive, Wellsville, charged with aggravated menacing for allegedly telling multiple people on Monday he was going to assault Taira Higgins with a knife.

An Aug. 3 pretrial was set for Kacey L. Copeland, 31, South Street, Alliance, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching Donald J. Hall and choking him on May 31.

Amanda L. Johnson, 29, Sherman Street, Lisbon, was fined $300, credited with three days served and required 30 hours community service for wrongful entrustment possession of drug abuse instruments for a syringe found in her green make up bag.

Linda L. Endrizzi, 57, Creek Road, New Waterford, was credited with 20 days in jail, fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for domestic violence for assaulting her spouse, Thelma Endrizzi, on Sept. 17.

A July 28 pretrial was set for Andrew D. Steves, 37, Plymouth Place, Salem, charged with violating a protection order of for allegedly telling deputies he did not plan to follow the protection order, as well as refusing to surrender the keys to a 2010 Jeep Laredo, his firearms or concealed carry permit and his pets or property on Monday.

Sallee O. Keniston, 28, Lake Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct for engaging in offensive behavior after admittedly taking LSD and ketamine, while mixing it with mimosa.

Ralph Allgood Jr., 53, Day Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Jacob Wayne Weber, 25, Marble Road, Kensington, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for possession of drug abuse instrument for a syringe on Nov. 8.

A driving under suspension citation against Erin N. McGuire, 31, West Main Street, Washingtonville, was dismissed.

A driving under suspension citation against Jessica L. Rowe, 38, Green Bower Street Northeast, Alliance, was dismissed.
