Wellsville man sentenced for violating community control
LISBON — In Common Pleas Court, Jonathan R. Keyes, 30, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, was placed at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center in Wintersville for up to six months after stipulating to violating the terms of his community control from a previous possession of drugs charge for having carfentanil.
Cody H. Burke, 25, Annesley Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail after stipulating to violating the terms of his intervention in lieu of conviction plan, which has now been dishonorably terminated. Burke has been placed on community control for his possession of drugs conviction for having heroin.
LISBON – In County Municipal Court, Noah T. Bainbridge, 21, Youngstown, was bound over to the grand jury on a theft charge for allegedly having stolen credit and debit cards hidden inside his pants on Feb. 14 during a traffic stop on Feb. 14.
A July 27 preliminary hearing was set for Kenneth E. Steiginga, 59, Madison, charged with burglary for allegedly going into a Walnut Grove Lane, New Waterford, home on Friday, where he was found when the resident arrived home.
Scott Allen Bratt, 37, Sprucevale Road, Rogers, was fined $1,260, had his license suspended for two years, sentenced to three days in jail and required 50 hours community service for OVI first offense, marked lanes, speeding and two counts of driving under suspension.
Amber Nicole Ice, 27, College Street, East Liverpool, was fined $1,030, had her license suspended for five years, credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional 79 days in jail and required 60 hours community service for OVI third offense and a turn signal violation.
Melissa L Huff, 44, Highland Avenue, Salem, was fined $725, had her license suspended for a year, ordered to attend a three-day counseling program and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and marked lanes.
Dustin Reed Wright, 23, Berry Road, Kensington, was fined $720, had his license suspended for a year, credited with two days in jail, sentenced to an additional day in jail and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and speeding.
Zachary Alan Rodgers, 19, South McKinley Avenue, Alliance, was fined $705, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and left of center.
Kassandria M. Cole, 28, High Street, Washingtonville, was fined $200, credited with two days in jail, sentenced to an additional three days in jail and required 40 hours community service for theft for shoplifting $209 in merchandise from the Salem Walmart on Dec. 7.
Sara J. Eason, 27, Grant Street, Lisbon, was fined $150, credited with 13 days in jail, sentenced to an additional seven days in jail and required 40 hours community service for domestic violence for smacking Rachel Eason in the face on July 6.
A Sept. 14 pretrial was set for Brock P. Butcher, 18, South Pricetown Road, Damascus, cited with OVI first offense, criminal mischief, criminal trespassing and possession of marijuana for allegedly attempting to enter a girl’s bedroom window at a Lake Street, Beloit address on Saturday, breaking the screen window and knocking down a fence.
A Sept. 1 pretrial was set for Raylee L Marks, 37, Ridge Road, Minerva, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting her 17-year-old son in the face, grabbing him by the hair and ripping his shirt off during a dispute about whether or not he stole her cigarettes on Saturday.
A Sept. 14 pretrial was set for Marcie L. McMannis, 44, Albright Avenue, Columbiana, charged with obstructing official business for allegedly wrapping her arms around a person, who was being loaded into an ambulance and refusing to release him so police and EMS could complete the action of sending him to a hospital on April 2.
Lionell Blair II, 42, Canton, was credited with two days served in jail, sentenced to an additional five days in jail and fined $250 for obstructing official business for lying to deputies about being with a woman and in the Family Dollar on state Route 172, Hanover Township, when a shoplifting allegedly occurred.
Thomas R. Hughes II, 32, state Route 154, Negley, was fined $250, credited with three days served in jail and sentenced to an additional seven days in jail for obstructing official business for providing a deputy false information during a traffic stop on Friday.
Timothy A. Patrick, 35, Township Line Road, Wellsville, was fined $810 for fictitious plates, equipment violation and two counts of driving under suspension.
A July 27 pretrial was set for Trent A. Marcum, 24, North Madison Street, Salem, cited with driving under a forfeiture suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having cap and piece of cotton used in the injection of narcotics in the center console of his vehicle on Sunday.

An Aug. 31 pretrial was set for Shane J. Linden, 41, Crestview Road, Leetonia, cited with driving under FRA suspension, failure to comply, registration required and criminal trespassing for allegedly driving through a Columbia Street property while attempting to flee Leetonia police on Saturday.

She was sentenced to 30 days in jail (one imposed), ordered to complete 25 community service hours and banned from all Walmarts. Her review is set for Sept. 25.
