LISBON — An April 9 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Randy A. Savors, 42, Elizabeth Street, East Liverpool, charged with two counts of failure to verify his change of address. Savor has a rape conviction in 1997 and is a Tier III sexual predator required to register with the sheriff’s office every 90 days for life. Savors reportedly failed to register in on Feb. 25 and when Deputy Hartley Malone spoke to the property manager at his registered address on March 11, he learned Savors moved out on March 6 without providing the sheriff with his intent to change his address.
An April 9 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Keith N. Richards, 27, Andover, charged with assault on a peace officer, obstructing official business for pushing police, striking Columbiana Patrolman Ericsson in the face multiple times, attempting to flee from police and biting them on April 2.
An April 9 pretrial was set for Emmanuel R. Foster, 31, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with violating a temporary protection order for allegedly making about 29 calls from the jail to Megan Beagle between March 19 and March 30.
