LISBON – An April 9 preliminary hearing was set for Zachary T. Rudder, 22, Henry Avenue, Wellsville, charged with theft for allegedly taking a vehicle owned by Susan Baker. The vehicle was reportedly parked in the Dairy Queen lot on Friday with the keys in the vehicle and was later found by the county sheriff’s office wrecked near Steubenville Pike. Rudder and co-defendant, Sarah J. Tunnat, 25, Woodsdale Avenue, Salem, were both alleged to have been in the area right before the vehicle was taken and charged.
Tunnat, who is charged with theft and a receiving stolen property, also had a video arraignment scheduled in County Municipal Court on Monday, although court documents note the they were unable to arraign her due to her impairment and a second video arraignment was scheduled for today.
A May 28 pretrial was set for Shawn M. Reynolds, 28, Prospect Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly slapping Cheryl German in the face, grabbing her around the neck and punching her in the eye.
A May 15 pretrial was set for German, 32, Prospect Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly slapping Reynolds during an argument that turned physical when both were reportedly intoxicated.
