LISBON — In county Municipal Court, a March 24 pretrial was set for Christopher James Uscianowski, 31 Unity Road, New Springfield, cited with having weapons while under a disability and disorderly conduct for allegedly causing the Salem High School to go into a soft lock down due to him acting erratically, running through the parking lot, throwing himself on the ground, stumbling into yards and the street at the time school was to be let out on Tuesday. He reportedly was under the influence of narcotics and a black switch blade knife was found in his front pants pocket.

William B. Johnson, 52, East Fifth Street, Salem, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, fined $1,175, had his license suspended for two years and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI second offense, driving under suspension and hit skip.

A review from the bench was scheduled for March 5 for Ronald M. Melott Sr., 43, LaCroft Avenue, East Liverpool, who reportedly has a bench warrant from the state of Arizona for allegedly violating multiple conditions of his supervision.

An April 9 pretrial was set for Timothy J. Johnson, 39, Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, traffic control devices and a turn signal violation.

James Dean Santimarino, 32, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, was credited with two days served in jail, sentenced to an additional five days in jail, fined $500 and required 40 hours community service for improper handling of a firearm and carrying a concealed weapon for a loaded firearm in his waistband on Sunday during a traffic stop when he was the passenger.

A Feb. 27 pretrial was set for Scott A. Rudder, 56, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with assault, resisting arrest and obstructing official business for allegedly striking Lana Billiter in the face on Wednesday, then pulling away from police and running until he was secured on the ground.

Zachary Ryan Fraser, 21, Scotts Mill Road, Rogers, was fined $300 for misuse of placards issued to dealers or distributors.

Amanda S. Heverly, 45, Cleveland Street, Salem, was fined $150, had her license suspended for 180 days, credited with a day in jail served and ordered 40 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia for a folded Camel cigarette paper used to hold drugs on Oct. 27.

Christopher J. Rose, 24, Grove Valley Alley, East Liverpool, was sentenced to three days in jail, fined $315, had his license suspended for a year and required 20 hours community service for driving under OVI suspension and speeding.

Nathan Q. Courtney, 32, Park Avenue, Salem, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence for threatening to cut Monique Fish’s throat and chasing her through the house Feb. 10.

A Feb. 27 pretrial was set for Cody A. Barham, 26, Rose Avenue, Salem, cited with possession of a drug abuse instrument for allegedly having a loaded syringe on Wednesday.

Lester D. Lovett, 27, Oakdale Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $600, credited with eight days in jail, sentenced to an additional 22 days in jail and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension, possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia and assault for hitting Tyler Robinson while both were an inmate at the county jail. Two of the charges were for having two hypodermic needles at his feet with a white container for storing dangerous drugs on Jan. 5.

Tiffany M. Rosenberg, 21, Boardman, was fined $1,075, had her license suspended for two years, credited with 15 days in jail and required 40, hours community service for OVI first offense, a turn signal violation, left of center, possession of drug instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard E. Kaufman IV, 35, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, was credited with 12 days in jail, sentenced to an additional five days in jail, fined $860, had his license suspended for a year and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, a seat belt violation and loud exhaust.

Marci Marie Mancuso-Kirkpatrick, 34, Waddell Street, Leetonia, was fined $725, had her license suspended for two years, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and loud exhaust.

Ryan W. Bevington, 43, West Southern Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $750, credited with 56 days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 75 days in jail and required 40 hours community service for two counts of domestic violence, drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property. Bevington had a container of loose dimes, a drawstring bag with a pillow case, a coin collection of nickels, a folded knife and a silver digital watch with a Pittsburgh Steelers emblem on it, which had been stolen from Timothy Mead on Jan. 15. A restitution hearing was set for March 16. One of the domestic violence charge was for striking Erin Atkinson in the face, pulling her hair, breaking her glasses and then throwing here against a vehicle on Dec. 19. Other charges were for a syringe and metal spoon in his pocket on Jan. 15 and for punching Atkinson in the face, as well as slamming her head into a window on Jan. 15.

Joshua D. Chociej, 24, Steubenville, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

Gabrielle Marie Schear, 28, Canton, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Sarah L. Robinson, 22, Sherman Street, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Jacob Paulin, 18, Chestnut Grove, Salem, was fined $150 for drug paraphernalia for a marijuana pipe.

Harry Lewis Ehrhart III, 48, West Lincolnway, Lisbon, was fined $200 for two counts of public intoxication.

A March 30 pretrial was set for Alyssa L. Woods, 19, East Fourth Street, Salem, charged with theft for allegedly taking $40 for the wallet of the person who hired her as a live-in nanny, Yvonne Mitchell, on Dec. 30.

Brandi Nichole Kay, 29, Malvern, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Ray D. Hickman, 43, Depot Road, Salem, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct for making unreasonable noise on Sunday.

Nichole Renee Roher, 24, Township Road 289, Salineville, was fined $100 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.

Trevor E. Boerio, 18, Columbia Street, Leetonia, was fined $50 for criminal trespassing for walking on the Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks on Feb. 3.
