LISBON — In county Municipal County, a March 31 pretrial was set for Cassandra L. Byers, 22, Youngstown, a corrections officer at the county jail. Byers is charged with two counts of complicity to assault for allegedly assisting inmate Travis Rhodes in assaulting Tyler Robinson and assisting inmate Lester Lovett Jr. in assaulting Levi Shields, during altercations at the county jail on Feb. 1.
Paul Nicholas Swartz, 25, New Middletown, was fined $1,010, had his license suspended for a year, sentenced to 10 days in jail and required 40 hours community service for OVI second offense, driving under suspension and marked lanes.
An April 6 pretrial was set for Alan D. Price, 56, East Sixth Street, Salem, cited with OVI first offense, OVI refusal first offense and reasonable control.
An April 2 pretrial was set for Christopher Ross Moore Jr., 19, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense and a tail lights violation.
A March 30 pretrial was set for Barbara Ann Carr, 48, West Taggart Street, East Palestine, cited with OVI first offense, marked lanes and OVI controlled substance.
An April 7 pretrial was set for Brendan James McEnaney, 25, Canton, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.
Travis Rhodes, 29, East North Avenue, East Palestine, was credited with 13 days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 32 days in jail, fined $300 and required 30 hours community service for assault and criminal mischief. On Feb. 1, Rhodes assaulted Tyler Robinson at the county jail and broke a window at the jail on Jan. 7.
Vikki Cowan Anderson, 62, Vine Street, East Liverpool, was sentenced to three days in jail, fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for criminal damaging for throwing a can at Diana Burns’ vehicle on June 6, denting the hood and then breaking the windshield wiper. A restitution hearing was set for March 24.
Betty L. Richey, 24, Adams Road, East Palestine, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional four days in jail, fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for theft for taking several pre-paid gift cards meant for customers while she was employed at the Salem Walmart and then using them herself or giving them to an acquaintance to use in December. Additionally, Richey admitted she stole a game and scanned items for less money. She was ordered to pay $160 in restitution.
An April 9 pretrial was set for Kasen J. Smith, 24, East 11th Street, Salem, charged with criminal damaging or endangering for allegedly kicking the passenger side of Charity Todd’s vehicle on Jan. 14.
A March 16 pretrial was set for Julian C. Ducksworth, 35, Canton, cited with theft for allegedly taking an alcoholic beverage from Smith Oil gas station in Lisbon without paying on Monday.
Isaac W. Llewellyn, 20, Youngstown, was credited with three days served in jail, sentenced to two days in jail, fined $150 and 40 hours community service for theft for taking food from Walmart multiple times, estimated at $300 total value.
A March 30 pretrial was set for Marcus R. Gutierrez, 40, Pine Hollow Road, Rogers, cited with obstructing official business for refusing to come to the door when police were there on Monday.
A March 24 pretrial was set for Michael Edgar Ingledue, 45, North Market Street, Minerva, cited with driving under a 12-point suspension and drug paraphernalia for allegedly having folded paper, a straw with residue and a container, all items used with dangerous drugs.
A March 24 pretrial was set for Rick Allen Fisher, 29, Chester, W.Va., cited with drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a crack pipe on March 9, 2019.
Maciah G. Harouny, 24, Sheffield Lake, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and speeding.
A citation of failure to produce license was dismissed against Harry W. Schmuck Jr., 70, Carrollton, who produced the license.
An April 2 pretrial was set for Kari E. Scragg, 27, Howell Avenue, East Palestine, cited with failure to control.
Steffanie L. Bricker, 35, Minerva Street, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for speeding.
A failure to reinstate a license citation was dismissed against James Price, 29, East Liverpool, who is now valid.
An April 6 pretrial was set for Bobbie Jean Anchondo, 47, McCalla Road, East Palestine, cited with driving under suspension.
An April 13 pretrial was set for Nicholas W. Knight, 18, New Brighton, Pa., cited with possession of marijuana and a seat belt violation
