EAST LIVERPOOL — City police are searching for information regarding a subject arrested before noon Wednesday. East Liverpool Municipal Court Judge Dominic Frank arraigned their John Doe later that afternoon on charges of obstructing official business and failure to disclose personal information. He continued to resist efforts to identify himself and allow officers to take booking photographs and fingerprint him. Officers note that he has tattoos on his face as potential identifying markers. Doe, who also known as “Fee,” will return at 9:30 a.m. Thursday with other prisoners from the county jail for his followup court hearing.
In other court matters, the next court appearance for a former East Liverpool school bus driver arrested after an on-duty OVI has been continued until next month. A motion hearing for Donald Goodwin, 62, of Northside Avenue was set for March 31 on charges of OVI, reckless operation and child endangerment.
A pretrial was set Feb. 25 for Jeffrey L. Jackson Jr., of Cleveland, on a speeding charge.
