LISBON — In Common Pleas Court, Kayla J. Post, 32, Cherry Valley Road, Leetonia, pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a third-degree felony. On Nov. 11, 2018, Post engaged in sexual conduct with a child, who was 14-years-old at the time. She faces up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. She will be considered a Tier II sexual offender according to the plea agreement. Sentencing is set for May 15.

Kylee J. Davis, 32, Main Street, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine, a third-degree felony, along with a forfeiture specification. She faces up to three years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $10,000 fine. Davis allegedly had at least 10 grams, but less than 20 grams of cocaine, along with $849.

Joseph J. DeSarro, 26, Duke Vodrey Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 20 months in prison for trafficking in drugs, tampering with evidence and two counts of possession of drugs. On Sept. 28, 2017, DeSarro had five individually packaged baggies containing 7.53 grams of cocaine, $2,769 and 1.94 grams of 3-methylfentanyl. Then on Oct. 25, 2017, DeSarro again had .802 grams of 3-methylfentanyl and removed a baggie from the rear of his pants to ingest the contents while in custody of the highway patrol to prevent them from discovering it.

Joshua H. Burkett, 43, Moore Road, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty to theft and misuse of credit cards. On Jan. 4 and 5, 2019, Burkett had a Mastercard debit card belonging to Sandra Adkins, an elderly person, which he used for one or more transactions. He faces up to two years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for April 30.

Christopher E. Wiggins, 29, Akron, was sentenced for two counts of possession of drugs to serve 10 months in prison, while credited with 57 days already served. Wiggins had about 7.2 grams of a controlled substance, along with 3.04 grams of fentanyl on Jan. 9, 2018. Additionally, he was the owner of $2,960.

Erin Taggart, 25, West Perry Street, Salem, was placed on three years community control including spending up to six months at the Eastern Ohio Correction Center. Taggart had previously pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence, possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drugs and two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. On Nov. 18, 2018, Taggart had cocaine and methamphetamines. Then on March 21, 2019, Taggart had attempted to hide or conceal evidence in a drug related case, when she had methamphetamines and a syringe.

Jessica L. DaLaCruz, 42, Columbia Street, Salem, was sentenced to nine months in prison for aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine. On May 25, 2018, DaLaCruz had a mixture of substances containing both methamphetamine and cocaine.

Javen D. Call, 24, Maple Tree Street, East Liverpool, was placed on three counts of community control for trespass in a habitation. Call also was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 32 already served, leaving him to serve an additional 58 days. On June 5, 2018, Call had entered the home of Arys Petties, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, and assaulted Steven Reese and Jonathan Frantz. Call had been initially charged with aggravated burglary, but had pleaded guilty to the lesser charge on Dec. 9.
