LISBON — Annette L. Reitz, 48, state Route 517, Lisbon, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to illegal use of supplement nutrition benefit, aggravated possession of drugs, six counts of possession of drugs and two counts of theft. She faces up to nine years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $22,000 fine. Sentencing is set for May 18.

In June 2017, Reitz had transferred SNAP benefits illegally, taking control of a food stamp card belonging to Mark Mercer and using it to purchase items at ALDI’s without his permission. The charges also involved Reitz’s possession of fentanyl, cocaine and heroin on June 9, 2017; heroin, fentanyl and cocaine again on Oct. 14, 2017 and methamphetamines on Jan. 20, 2018.

Elvin R. Tisdale, 29, Laurel Lane, East Liverpool, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control from cases involving five counts of possession of drugs and one count of trafficking in drugs, all stemming from 2015. The violations were strictly monetary in nature and the probation for Tisdale was terminated.

Ronald D. Green, 36, Cleveland, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for having carfentanil on Oct. 24, 2017. Green faces up to a year in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for May 18.

Christina M. Seeley, 29, Prospect Street, Salem, pleaded guilty to illegal use of supplemental nutrition assistance program benefits or WIC program benefits for less than $150,000 in benefits illegally used between July 2014 and Dec. 31, 2018. She faces up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for May 18.

No bill of indictment issued against Kara Dawn Carter, 37, Lincoln Avenue, Wellsville, who had initially been bound over to the grand jury on a charge of domestic violence. Carter had been accused of yanking the wheel of the vehicle she was riding in, causing the driver to crash the vehicle into a ditch along state Route 39 in Yellow Creek Township on Dec. 28.
