LISBON — James T. Keys, 33, Columbus, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to possession of drugs and possessing criminal tools. On July 18, 2016, Keys had cocaine base and a phone used in the commission of a felony offense. He faces up to two years in prison, a $5,000 fine and a five-year license suspension.
Keys also stipulated to violating the terms of his community control for prior convictions of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving under suspension. His community control was dishonorably terminated.
