LISBON — In Common Pleas Court, Mitchell O. Lacey, 48, Bethesda Road, Hanoverton, pleaded guilty to possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of drugs for alprazolam on July 10, 2019. The fentanyl-related compound was on March 22, 2019. Sentencing is March 27, Lacey faces up to two years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $5,000 fine.
John E. LaFleme, 24, East Third Street, Salem, was stipulated to violating the terms of his intervention treatment plan. He remains on community control for the previous possession of drugs charge for having methamphetamines in November of 2017.
