LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Shamar M. Gould, 36, East Third Street, Salem, was bound over to the grand jury on a felonious assault charge for allegedly entering a Vine Avenue, Salem, apartment on Feb. 15 and striking Brandon Zepernick several times in the face and head with a baseball bat. Gould’s $25,000 cash or surety bond was continued.
An April 7 pretrial was set for Brian Michael Niznik, 47, Struthers, cited with physical control while under the influence of alcohol.
Macy Celeste Goodman, 23, Stewart Road, Salem, was fined $725, had here license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense.
Jaccob C. Phillis, 28, Kevin Drive, Alliance, was credited with 14 days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 16 days in jail, fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for domestic violence for grabbing Kayla Szczechowski around the neck and slapping her in the face on Feb. 10.
A March 2 pretrial was set for Raistlin M. Ross, 18, East Fifth Street, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly threatening his mother while wearing a pair of brass knuckles on Friday.
Lori A. Landsberger, 61, North Shore Drive, Beloit, was fined $400, credited with a day in jail and required 30 hours community service for resisting arrest and persistent disorderly conduct. On Nov. 28 Landsberger was extremely intoxicated and ordered to calm down multiple times, then she pulled away form deputies as she was taken into custody.
Rachel L. Kennedy, 37, Girard, was fined $250, credited with a day in jail and required 50 hours community service for possession of a schedule four controlled substance for having six and a half white pills on June 28.
Logan Scott Daugherty, 24, Butcher Road, Leetonia, was fined $250, credited with six days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for a glass meth pipe on Feb. 11.
Jacob C. Bickley, 23, South Liberty Avenue, Alliance, was fined $350, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for possession of marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia and disorderly conduct amended from assault. On Oct. 7, Bickley was involved in a fight with Seth Little in a parking lot in Salem.
Cody E. Bratt, 26, Apple Street, Salem, was fined $150 and credited with 13 days in jail for disorderly conduct for using abusive language at the Dollar General and Circle K in the area of South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, on Aug. 21. A resisting arrest citation was dismissed.
Allison L. Heverly, 19, Arch Street, Salem, was fined $150, credited with a day in jail and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from assault for fighting with Alicia Craig on Aug. 2.
A March 23 pretrial was set for Joshua M. Seeley, 35, Prospect Street, Salem, cited with theft for allegedly stealing $278 in items and then running from Walmart employees on Sunday.
Stephanie J. Morehead, 31, Ashli Lane, Columbiana, was fined $150, sentenced to 10 days in jail and required 40 hours community service for drug abuse instrument for a plastic bag containing several syringes on Nov. 11.
A Feb. 27 pretrial was set for Wesley D. Clarke, 30, South County Road, Washingtonville, cited with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a scale with white residue and plastic wrap containing a white powder substance on Jan. 19.
Morris Lee Polk Jr., 50, Canton, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Michael Gage Miller, 24, Vienna, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Nicole D. Ice, 38, Homestead Drive, Columbiana, was fined $150 for no license amended from driving under suspension.
Sarah L. West, 36, Canton, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed.
An April 2 pretrial was set for Thomas D. Fluharty, 58, Center Street, Leetonia, cited with discarding litter for allegedly repeatedly throwing trash from his vehicle into the driveway.
A March 23 pretrial was set for Brenda L. Moyer, 58, Summit Street, Salem, cited with no license.
Robert A. Moore Jr., 48, Cusick Road, Lisbon, was fined $100 for illegal plates.
An April 6 pretrial was set for Benjamin Alan Curl, 31, Youngstown, cited with left of center and distracted driving.
A driving under suspension citation against Karlos L. Baker, 59, Youngstown, was dismissed due to a BMV error.
