LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Zachery T. Moore, 28, Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, was credited with 35 days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 40 days in jail and fined $250 for impersonating a police officer. On Nov. 11, Moore pulled over several cars and trucks on Pine Hollow Road, Low Road and state Routes 154 and 170.
A March 5 pretrial was set for Tracy Vangiesen, 53, Washington Street, Lisbon, charged with prohibitions concerning companion animals and abandoning animals. On Nov. 4, she allegedly moved from a Sherman Street home and left five dogs confined inside without food and water.
Scott D. Kaltenbach, 43, Elk Avenue, Lisbon, was credited with 12 days served and sentenced to an additional 18 days in jail after being terminated from the drug court program he had been participating in for possession of a schedule four substance after he was found with pills, a used syringe, spoons and plastic smoking devices inside his backpack on Sept. 19, 2017.
A Feb. 18 pretrial was set for Zoey R. Eddleman, 20, Klinger Avenue, Alliance, charged with falsification for allegedly reporting her vehicle stolen to hide that it was wrecked while she was in the car.
A Feb. 25 pretrial was set for Destiny Powell, 22, Trentvale Street, East Liverpool, charged with two counts of selling, purchasing, distributing dangerous or investigational drugs and one count of theft. The theft charge is for allegedly opening a tab with a Netspend card in Fernangel’s Tavern in Salem on Sept. 17, spending more than $100 on drinks and then fleeing the bar before the card was declined for insufficient funds. At the Frola Motel on Oct. 13, Powell allegedly had a container with hydroxyzine hydrochloride and trazodone hydrochorlide, both prescription drugs.
A Feb. 25 pretrial was set for Vikki Cowan Anderson, 62, Vine Street, East Liverpool, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly throwing a can at Diana Burns’ vehicle, denting the hood, as well as breaking the windshield wiper off the vehicle.
Gary R. Wadlow II, 26, Warren, was fined $470 and required 50 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, a turn signal violation and a seat belt violation. A March 24 pretrial was set for Wadlow for charges of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana for an alleged glass pipe and marijuana on Jul 21.
Shannon L. Cunning, 43, Austintown, was fined $250, credited with six days in jail, sentenced to an additional 24 days in jail and required 30 hours community service for domestic violence for punching William Cunning twice on Nov. 17.
Nia Renee Leggette,19, Youngstown, was fined $300 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
Cena M. Williams, 37, Wilbert Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Dylan Timms, 20, Rootstown, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Angel Lopez-Perdomo, 47, Youngstown, was fined $195 and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension and speeding.
Jaron Robert Stull, 26, Stoy Street, Leetonia, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana paraphernalia.
Mark Allen Thomas, 38, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.
Brandee M. McCue, 36, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Negley, was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from failure to control.
Madison P. Wass, 21, Industry, Pa., was fined $100 for speeding.
Taylor Dalton Snyder, 19, Brandy Road, Alliance, was fined $50 for driving under suspension.
