LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Derek Patrick Bryan, 22, Berry Road Northeast, Kensington, was fined $725, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.

A Jan. 13 pretrial was set for Carly Williams, 23, North State Street, New Waterford, charged with making false alarms and falsification. On Dec. 27 Williams reported to New Waterford police that her ex-boyfriend Ryan Hoschar showed up at her home and was attempting to choke himself with a belt. The investigation showed she had invited Hoschar to come visit his child, became upset when he did not show up and allegedly fabricated the story after he finally arrived.

A Feb. 18 pretrial was set for Eric M. Gustafson, 46, state Route 558, Leetonia, charged with domestic violence for allegedly choking Abby Gustafson on Nov. 16.

Ted J. Ingledue, 29, North Lincoln, Salem, was fined $500, given 25 hours community service, credited with two days served in jail and sentenced to 28 days in jail illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by deception for taking a lawn tractor from another person’s home to make repairs and instead pawning it for $250 at Pawn World in early October. Then on Oct. 23, Ingledue had a straw used for inhaling drugs in his front pocket. Ingledue was ordered to pay $660 in restitution to Lynsey Peterson.

Chase W. Perkins, 21, Lexington Avenue, Salem, was credited with a day served in jail, sentenced to an additional nine days in jail, fined $300 and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence and an additional disorderly conduct charge. One was for holding a sickle to his own neck while threatening to harm himself on Aug. 20. The other was for choking his girlfriend, Faith Plummer, on Aug. 31.

Christopher F. Rosa, 40, Akron, was fined $300 for possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

Domingo Rodriguez Alicea, 42, New Garden Avenue, Salem, was fined $200 for driving under suspension and a turn signal violation.

Paige Elizabeth Bertin, 19, Unity Road, Poland, was fined $185 for speeding and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Ashley D. Gordon, 30, Pass Lane, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 20 hours community service for no license.

Johannes J. Smit, 18, Austintown, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Donovan T. Roessler, 27, South Main Street, Columbiana, was fined $150 for drug abuse for marijuana.

Jeremy Lee Pue, 31, Homewood Avenue, Salem, was fined $150 for marijuana paraphernalia.

Gage B. Mountz, 26, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

A Feb. 24 pretrial was set for Nicole Ice, 38, Homestead Drive, Columbiana, cited with driving under suspension.

A Jan. 16 pretrial was set for Christa M. Burnette, 32, East Street, East Palestine, cited with driving under OVI suspension.

Dana Maria Spadaccia, 50, Riffle Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 10 hours community service for no license and failure to control.
