NEW CUMBERLAND, W.Va. — In Hancock County Magistrate Court, Carl Anderson, Weirton, was sentenced to six days in jail for six days served, 60 days home confinement with work release, and court costs for charges of DUI and driving while license revoked DUI, the charge of driving while license suspended admin was dismissed per guilty plea agreement.
Bonnie Jo Clark, New Cumberland, charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection and improper registration were dismissed.
Tony Varlas, Weirton, charges of driving while license suspended and using a cellphone without hands free device were dismissed.
Joseph Strapazzon, Chester, was fined $50 for left of center.
Wayne Kokoskie, Weirton, charge of domestic battery was dismissed with prejudice, and was fined $50 for the charge of obstructing an officer.
Brittany Bennett, Weirton was fined $50 for 11 counts failure to attend school.
Gregory Daugherty, Newell, was scented to two six months home confinement to run concurrent with each charge, court costs and assessed fine for charges of breaking and entering of a car, and two counts of driving while license revoked for DUI second offense.
Ryan Chimile, Beaver Falls, Pa., was sentenced to 45 days home confinement, assessed fine and court costs for DUI first offense.
Stevie Jo Banannio, Weirton, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, and given an assessed fine. A DUI charge was dismissed.
Kacy Laquan Harris, Columbus, Ohio, preliminary hearing charges of possession with intent to deliver, was bound over to the circuit court. Harris’s charges of manufacturing and conspiracy, and possession of controlled substance were dismissed.
Tammy Bailey, Weirton, was sentenced to six months in jail with 36 days remaining time converted to 144 days home confinement with SCRAM bracelet for first 30 days and contact with victim during last 30 days, for the charge of domestic battery first offense.
