Grand Jury

LISBON — Three more people were served indictments in connection to the methamphetamines ring from 2018, which was issued by the grand jury in January. In total there were 14 people indicted in a 35-count indictment.

Sarah M. Patton, 27, East Sixth Street, Salem, is charged with two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs and one count each of trafficking in cocaine and aggravated possession of drugs. One of Patton’s charges alleges that on July 12, 2018, she offered to sell less than the bulk amount of methamphetamines, which is a third-degree felony. The other three charges allege she had less than five grams of cocaine and psilocyn on July 25, 2018, when she also offered to sell more than the bulk amount of methamphetamines in the vicinity of Salem High School. The trafficking-related charge is a second-degree felony, while the other two charges are fourth and fifth-degree felonies.

Travis S. Rhodes, 29, Front Street, New Waterford, is charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor. Rhodes allegedly had cocaine on April 13, 2018 and pregabalin, a schedule V drug, on May 13, 2018.

Billie J. Thompson, 38, West Middletown Road, Canfield, is charged with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies, for allegedly having both methamphetamine and amphetamine on June 16, 2018. In a second indictment, not part of the methamphetamines ring, Thompson is charged with three counts of aggravated possession of drugs and four counts of possession of drugs. On Aug. 1, 2019, Thompson allegedly had methamphetamine, buprenorphine and amphetamine. Prior to that, on June 11, 2019, Thompson allegedly had methamphetamine, tramadol, lorazepam and clonazepam. Both of Thompson’s indictments were issued by the grand jury in January.

Unconnected to the methamphetamines ring, but also served secret indictments during the past weekend were:

Chelsea A. Cica, 34, Kentwood, Mich., is charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. On Jan. 5, 2019, she allegedly had cocaine and methamphetamines. The indictment was issued in July.

Jamie Jo Rambo, 32, Lower Elkton Road, Columbiana, is charged with a fifth-degree felony possession of drugs charge for allegedly having buprenorphine on Aug. 14, 2018. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in September.

William Daniel Faulkner, 31, Gromley Road, Salem, is charged with possession of heroin and possession of fentanyl-related compound, both a fifth-degree felony, for substances he allegedly had on June 29. The indictment was issued in October.

William D. Faulkner, 31, Gromley Road, Salem, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having methamphetamines on Aug. 6. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in January.

Zachary X. Vescio, 19, Crestivew Road, Columbiana, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having amphetamine on Oct. 7. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in January.

David Willard Christen II, 49, Lisbon Street, East Liverpool, is charged with non-support of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to pay court ordered support for two children between Feb. 1, 2014 and Jan. 4. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in January.

Christopher R. Stewart, 32, East Liverpool Road, East Liverpool, is charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony for allegedly having cocaine on Sept. 1. The indictment was issued in January.

Thomas G. Clark, 41, Fife Coal Road, Wellsville, is charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having the substance on Aug. 30. The indictment was issued in January.

Alexander C. Converse, 50, Hilltop Drive, Lisbon, is charged with possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony for allegedly having the substance on Aug. 24. The indictment was issued in January.

Lindzay J. Beaver, 38, Huston Avenue, East Liverpool, is charged with aggravated possesion of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having methamphetamines on Aug. 30. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in January.

Beth A. Campbell, 38, Canton, is charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound and possession of cocaine, both fifth-degree felonies, for allegedly having each substance on April 5. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in January.

Wade S. Hilderbrand, 32, Spillway Road, Lisbon, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly having methamphetamines on July 16, 2019. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in January.
