LISBON — Terry Allan Hughes II, 39, state Route 154, Negley, was served a secret indictment charging him with trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in heroin and trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, along with a specification for forfeiture of money in a drug case. On April 15, Hughes allegedly had cocaine, heroin and fentanyl intended for resale along with $939 believed derived from drug-related activities.
Mitchel O. Lacey, 47, Bethesda Road, Hanoverton, was served with a possession of drugs charge for allegedly having a mixture containing alprazolam on July 10.
Lacey and Hughes were indicted by the grand jury in December.
Gary M. Rowles II, 37, West Ohio Avenue, Sebring, was served a secret indictment charging him with three counts of possession of drugs for allegedly having methamphetamines, clonazepam and lorazepam on Oct. 1, 2017. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in May 2018.
Jack R. Veon II, 41, Quincy Avenue, Columbiana, was served a secret indictment charging him with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having methamphetamines on May 24. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in November.
