LISBON — In Common Pleas Court, Ryan A. McCauley, 39, Lincoln Avenue, Wellsville, was found eligible for intervention in lieu of conviction. McCauley was placed on a three-year intervention program after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine and possession of drugs. McCauley had both cocaine and buprenorphine on April 8, 2017.
Stephen W. Bell Jr., 33, Rose Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. He faces up to three years in prison, a five-year operator’s license suspension and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for April 6. On Aug. 23, 2018, Bell had more than the bulk amount of meth.
