LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Annette L. Reitz, 48, state Route 517, Lisbon, was fined $1,350, had her license suspended for a year, credited with eight days in jail, sentenced to two days in jail, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 70 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, lighted lights required, drug paraphernalia and theft for staying at the Stables Inn and Suites and leaving the non-smoking room smelling of smoke without paying on Feb. 19, 2018. She was ordered to pay $540 in restitution to the hotel. Additionally, she had a metal pipe and needles with residue in January 2018.

A Jan. 23 pretrial was set for Brandy Ann Skiles, 42, Lake Park Boulevard, Alliance, charged with OVI second offense and OVI refusal second offense.

Ross W. Lyle II, 50, West North Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $725, had his license suspended for a year, required 40 hours community service and ordered to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and marked lanes.

Patricia Ann Baughman, 48, Peace Valley Road, New Waterford, was fined $775, had her licence suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense and improper passing.

Nicholas J. Decanio, 50, Francis Drive, Wellsville, was fined $250 and credited with 10 days served for domestic violence for pushing Tammy Merriman against a counter, injuring her leg and neck.

Danny Jay Shultz, 22, state Route 164, Lisbon, was fined $250, sentenced to 10 days in jail and ordered to pay $1,300 in restitution to George McCullough for theft after 90 gallons of gasoline, $225 in cash, an SD card reader, a drill bit index, quick starter, Stihl chainsaw and DeWalt Cordless Drill Set from Meadowbrook Nursery on Sept. 9.

A Dec. 16 sentencing hearing was set for James D. Laughlin, 28, Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, who pleaded guilty to aggravated menacing for threatening through a text to burn Peggy Bish’s house down.

Chad C. Dotson, 29, Raccoon Road, Austintown, was fined $200 for driving under suspension, a turn signal violation and marked lanes.

Luke James Reichard, 20, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, was fined $200 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of pot and marijuana paraphernalia.

Scott A. Bratt, 36, Sprucevale Road, Rogers, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Cynthia S. Moffett, 49, Church Street, New Waterford, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Dakota Gage Baker, 24, Fifth Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $170 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and left of center.

A Jan. 30 pretrial was set for Michael D. Smith, 26, East Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension, marked lanes and disorderly conduct for being intoxicated and alarming neighbors with his abusive language on Saturday.

Joseph M. Seyler, 44, Mill Hall, Pa., was fined $150 for speeding.

Nathaniel Scott Lopez, 19, state Route 7, New Waterford, was fined $150 for marijuana paraphernalia after failing to successfully complete the STEPS program.

Dutch Morris, 30, Old Irondale Road, Wellsville, was fined $150 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.

Bryan T. Feezle Lambright, 18, East Taggart Street, East Palestine, was fined $100 from possession of marijuana.

Mariah Lynn Vickroy, 21, North Market Street, Lisbon, was fined $100 for speeding.

Kevin R. Cooke, 67, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $100 for a plate violation amended from speeding.

Stephen J. Jablonski, 57, Youngstown, was fined $75 for a turn signal violation. An expired registration citation was dismissed.

Brandon E. Hacker, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, was fined $50 for disorderly conduct.
