LISBON — A Dec. 12 pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Ayvree Leon Spratley, 22, Bedford, who now has misdemeanor charges of driving under suspension, reckless operation, material on roadway and speeding following is alleged involvement in the high speed chase that went into two states in the early hours of Thursday. Spratley was served the new charges on Friday after appearing on the felony failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer on Thursday.

A Dec. 16 preliminary hearing was set for Lyle W. Foster, 30, last known address Michigan Avenue, East Liverpool, cited with failure to verify a change of address for allegedly failing to tell the sheriff’s deputies before he moved in December 2018. Foster has a 2016 conviction involvin sexxual conduct with a minor.

Quajhaun T.A. Bradley, 22, last known address Woodland Avenue, Salem, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional 29 days in jail and fined $380 for driving under suspension, lighted lights required and obstructing official business for giving Salem police a fake name and date of birth during a traffic stop at 2:02 a.m. Friday. Bradley had multiple warrants in Stark County.

Christopher Hamrick, 36, Youngstown, was fined $280 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.

James E. Kryl, 47, Avalon, Pa., was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Joshua D. Stewart, 31, West Pershing Street, Salem, was fined $230 for driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.

A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Bobbie J. Dotson, 46, Jennings Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

Cody S. Reckner, 25, Spruceville Road, East Liverpool, was fined $100 for failure to control. A Feb. 4 pretrial was set for Reckner for citations of failure to reinstate a license, use of an unauthorized plate and failure to display a valid sticker.

Martin F. White, 46, Windrose Court, Columbiana, was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $200 driving under suspension.

Jennifer Seese, 24, Independence Square, Wellsville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Brandon Lee Clemmer, 23, state Route 154, Negley, was fined $125 for no license and glasses required.

Rick D. Hickman, 43, Depot Road, Salem, was fined $75 for disorderly conduct for fighting on Nov. 26.

Richard P. Roosa, 46, Georgetown Road, Salem, was fined $30 for no seat belt. A driving under suspension citation was dismissed.

A disorderly conduct charge against Tabbithia L. Boyd, 35, East Washington Street, Lisbon, was dismissed. Boyd had been accused of fighting while intoxicated on Aug. 30.

A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Jimmy Nguyen, 54, Niles, cited with speeding and distracted driving.

A Feb. 3 pretrial was set for Tammy L. Glenn, 55, Gram Street, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.
