LISBON — Javen D. Call, 24, Maple Tree Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to trespass in a habitation, a lesser offense to the first-degree felony aggravated burglary, which he was initially charged. He faces up to 18 months in prison and a $5,000 fine at his sentencing set for Feb. 20. On June 5, 2018, Call trespassed into the apartment of Arys Petties uninvited, assaulting Steven Reese and Jonathan Frantz, including breaking Frantz’ nose and orbital bone.

Deshaun L. Scott, 35, was placed on three years community control for breaking and entering. On July 30, 2018, Scott and two accomplices forced their way into the Mainland Fuel Station on Pennsylvania Avenue in East Liverpool, going through a door located on the north side of the building. They took cash and merchandise valued at more than $10,000.

Ramona J. Richoz, 34, East Main Street, Washingtonville, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs. She faces up to a year in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for March 16. Richoz had methamphetamine on Oct. 4, 2017.
