LISBON — A Jan. 21 pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Melissa M. Blake, 37, Quay Road, Negley, cited with OVI first offense and left of center.
A Jan. 14 pretrial was set for Randolph William Viar, 57, Pearisburg, Va., cited with physical control.
A Dec. 5 pretrial was set for Jakob D. Bell, 29, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, cited with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening to burn down the house of his neighbor Jamielle Wade on Wednesday after they argued when Bell’s dogs broke out of their cage and ate Wade’s chickens.
Andrew J. Shafer, West Martin Street, East Palestine, was credited with two days served in jail, sentenced to an additional 13 days in jail and fined $150 for disorderly conduct for becoming intoxicated, yelling at his girlfriend and frightening people with a hunting knife around town after he had agreed to calm down for the night on Tuesday and stay home.
Neisha Michelle Robles, 21, Youngstown, was fined $500 and required 30 hours community service for speeding and two counts of driving under FRA suspension.
A Dec. 5 pretrial was set for Donald E. White, 35, state Route 164, Salineville, cited with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. While at the Southern Local High School for an after school program on Nov. 7, White was unable to use the men’s bathroom while it was being cleaned and went into the girls bathroom down the hall, allegedly smearing feces on the floor and toilet. He then purposefully dropped two more pieces of feces on the floor of the hallway when he was leaving the building.
A Jan. 9 pretrial was set for Ryan Hoschar, 23, Boston Street, Washingtonville, cited with persistent disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing and menacing. Hoschar allegedly threatened to cause harm to Carly Williams’ property, entered the property on Lester Raynes without permission and was publicly intoxicated all on Nov. 16.
A Jan. 27 pretrial was set for Branden A. Digman, 27, Desellem Road, Lisbon, cited with failure to stop after an accident and failure to control.
A Dec. 2 pretrial was set for David Brian Reeger, 34, Church Street, Salineville, cited with failure to comply with an order or signal from a police officer, resisting arrest and obstructing official business. On April 20, Reeger allegedly fled on foot from police despite commands for him to stop. Prior to that, on March 11, Reeger allegedly fled from police attempting to pull him over in the areas of Church Street, East Main Street and Maple Hill Road before the pursuit was ended due to dangerous road conditions and possible children playing in the area.
A Jan. 13 pretrial was set for Lori R. Landsberger, 61, North Shore Drive, Beloit, cited with resisting arrest and persistent disorderly conduct for allegedly continuing with her loud and disruptive behavior after being told multiple times to calm down on Thursday and then pulling her hands away from deputies.
A Jan. 23 pretrial was set for Brandee M. McCue, 36, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Negley, cited with failure to control.
