LISBON — A Nov. 18 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set in County Municipal Court for Jack Lee Dunham, 58, Riffle Road, New Waterford, charged with assault on a peace officer for allegedly striking patrolman Sarina Stacy in the face, while Lisbon police were attempting to place Dunham in handcuffs on Tuesday. Additionally, Dunham is charged with misdemeanor charges of possessing criminal tools, resisting arrest, criminal damaging and persistent disorderly conduct for allegedly continuously swearing, throwing a rock through a window of a 2003 Land Rover and had a coat hanger turned into a make shift slim jim to attempt to enter vehicles.

Francisco E. Gaspar, 18, Omaha, Neb., was bound over to the grand jury on a burglary charge for allegedly getting caught leaving the bedroom of a girl on West School Street in Salem climbing out of a window shortly after midnight on Nov. 5.

A Jan. 6 pretrial was set for Paul Michael Phillips, 20, Bethesda Road, Hanoverton, cited with OVI first offense, OVI underage breath, failure to stoop following an accident, speeding, seat belt and underage consumption.

Kayla M. Spagnoletta, 31, Cortland, was fined $825, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, distracted driving and speeding.

John M. Coburn, was fined $850, had his license suspended for 13 months, credited with eight days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension and marked lanes.

Cody Hal Burke, 25, Annesley Road, East Liverpool, was fined $700, had his license suspended for a year and credited with attending a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and failure to control.

A Dec. 17 pretrial was set for Logan Snay, 19, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for allegedly having rental car without permission of the renter and crashing it on state Route 9 in Hanover Township on Sept. 8.

Craig M. Cross, 36, Depot Road, Salem, was credited with three days in jail, sentenced to an additional seven days in jail, fined $480 for criminal damaging, loud exhaust and two counts of driving under suspension. Additionally, Cross was ordered to pay $306 in restitution to Mary Demarest, for a windshield Cross smashed with his hand on April 8.

A Nov. 21 pretrial was set for James D. Kozar, 49, Walnut Street, Leetonia, cited with domestic violence for allegedly striking Francis Finch above her left eye on Tuesday.

Alicia M. Craig, 28, West Eighth Street, Salem, was credited with a day in jail, fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from assault. Craig and Allison Heverly were found fighting on Aug. 2.

Drew Kameron Browne, 19, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension, failure to control and speeding.

A Dec 5 pretrial was set for Kathy J. Jackson, 62, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, charged with assault for allegedly slapping and striking Lisa Terry several times, as well as leaving nail marks on her wrist on Wednesday.

Melissa D. D’Alessio, 41, Stagecoach Road, East Liverpool, was credited with a day served in jail, sentenced to an additional six days in jail and fined $100 for theft for shoplifting food from Smith Oil gas station on Oct. 27.

A Nov. 18 pretrial was set for Mia N. Sheets, 29, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, cited with obstructing official business for allegedly falsifying a drug test at the jail on Tuesday by filling the test cup with water.

Robert J. Bobby, 38, West Main Street, Salineville, was fined $330 and ordered 40 hours community service for failure to control and two counts of driving under suspension.

Shawn M. Whitson, 24, 14th Street, Wellsville, was fined $150, credited with two days served in jail and required 30 hours community service for resisting arrest for allegedly pulling away from Wellsville police officers and forcing them to tase him twice in order to subdue him on Sept. 28.

Kimia E. Clark, 22, Columbus, was fined $150 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A Jan. 9 pretrial was set for Randolph Morgan Bauman, 42, Liberty Street, Salem, cited with driving under suspension.

A Jan. 6 pretrial was set for Ricardo Gonzalez, 29, Bye Road, East Palestine, cited with driving under suspension and improper registration.

Kari Lynn Taylor, 21, Indiana Street, Alliance, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Daniel E. Williams, 24, Youngstown, was fined $250 for driving under suspension and possession of marijuana.

A Nov. 25 pretrial was set for Allysin Haleigh Grimm, 20, West Wilson Street, Salem, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.

Charles John Hawkins, 30, Bethesda Road, Hanoverton, was fined $100 for failure to stop for a school bus.

Davonta Lamont Johnson, 25, Ambridge, Pa., was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.
