LISBON — John M. Coburn, 51, Union Avenue, Alliance, is charged with aggravated possession of drugs for allegedly having more than the bulk amount of methamphetamines on Oct. 3, 2018. The secret indictment was issued by the grand jury in July.

Dion D. McMillon, 25, Lewis Road, Chester, W.Va., was served a secret indictment for possession of a fentanyl-related compound for drugs he allegedly had on May 28. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in October.

Terry A. Hughes III, 39, state Route 154, Negley, was served a secret indictment for an assault charge for allegedly harming corrections officer Seth Fraser on May 19 at the county jail. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in June.
