EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Troy E. Quinn, of Minerva Street, was set for a pretrial at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 19 on drug abuse instruments and intoxication charges.
Joseph D. Rich III, of Kings Ridge Road, was sentenced to $150 plus costs and 60 days in jail (suspended) on a theft charge.
William D. Barrett Jr., of Laura Avenue, was scheduled for a pretrial at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 21 on receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct charges.
Zackery J. Strub, of Irish Ridge Road, waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of burglary, both fourth-degree felony, sending both his cases to the Columbiana County grand jury.
Brian L. Cramer, of Michigan Avenue, was sentenced to $450 plus costs and 30 days in jail on theft and falsification charges. His driver’s license also was suspended for 180 days.
Zachary C. Lyons, of Lincoln Avenue, was sentenced to $250 plus costs and 180 days in jail (60 imposed) on a domestic violence charge. He also is on three years of probation.
Kenneth A. Bragg, of Vine Street, was sentenced to $450 plus costs and 75 days in jail (imposed) on violating a protection order, falsification and obstructing official business charges.
Ryan L. Pritt, of Lisbon Street, was scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 19 for a pretrial on an obstructing official business charge.
Thomas G. Clark, of Fife Coal Road in Wellsville, was scheduled at 1 p.m. Dec. 5 for a pretrial on no operator’s license, fail to signal and drug paraphernalia charges.
Nathaniel D. Carter, of Thompson Avenue, was scheduled for a status hearing at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 9 on a criminal trespass charge.
Lori L. Echols, of Churchill Road in Lisbon, and Sara L. Dearth (aka Boso), of North Shadylane Driver were set for a show cause hearing at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 9 on theft charges.
Early D. Sisko, of West Salem Street in Columbiana, was set for a 10:30 a.m. Jan. 9 pretrial on a domestic violence charge.
Jeremy P. Stockford, of Wilbert Avenue, was sentenced to court costs and 30 days in jail (suspended) on a disorderly conduct while intoxicated charge. He also has to serve two years on supervised probation.
