LISBON — Charles A. Kidder, 43, East Pine Street, Lisbon, pleaded not guilty to OVI first offense, failure to control and failure to display a valid sticker in County Municipal Court on Friday. The case was ordered scheduled for pretrial, but no date was selected.
An Oct. 17 preliminary hearing was set for Samantha I. Sisco, 30, last known address West Clark Street, East Palestine, charged with theft for allegedly taking Heather Long’s 2004 Jeep Commander from her property without permission.
Heidi A. Hoffman, 60, Canfield, was fined $400, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for marked lanes and reckless operation second offense amended from OVI first offense. A citation for driving while texting was dismissed.
A Dec. 9 pretrial was set for Devin Dewayne Thompson, 26, Youngstown, cited with OVI first offense, driving under FRA suspension and speeding.
A Dec. 10 pretrial was set for Jonathan Michael Gbur, Route 517, Lisbon, charged with telecommunications harassment for allegedly threatening Mia Sheets by text message on Sept. 15.
A Dec. 10 pretrial was set for David A. Bass, 37, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct for allegedly screaming loudly and refusing to move away while police were investigating a reported fight at Circle K, East State Street, Salem, on Sept. 9.
A Nov. 21 pretrial was set for Gerald A. Jackson, 36 Washington Street, Washingtonville, cited with drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana for allegedly having two glass smoking pipes and a portable scale on Oct. 2.
A Dec. 12 pretrial was set for Mary A. Vaughn, 55, state Route 517, Lisbon, cited with criminal damaging for allegedly throwing Mia Sheets’ belongings out into the parking lot, damaging a camera, phones, a tablet, a tattoo gun and a necklace.
An Oct. 21 pretrial was set for Zachery K. Humphreys, 26, Adams Road, Rogers, charged with domestic violence for allegedly hitting Bobbi Wilson in the head while she was holding their 3-month-old child on Thursday.
Aaron J. Ketler, 44, Wade Avenue, Alliance, was fined $180 for driving under suspension and invalid sticker.
Justin Allen Larkins, 19, Applegate Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for driving under suspension and speeding.
Wesley John Baxter, 19, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $75 for driving under suspension. A broken tail light violation was dismissed.
