LISBON — In county Municipal Court, a Dec. 9 pretrial is set for Jack Lee Dunham Jr., 58, Riffle Road, New Waterford, cited with OVI third offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, driving under suspension, failure to stop after an accident, failure to control, a seat belt violation and disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

An Oct. 10 pretrial is set for Payton E. Pokego, 20, state Route 14, New Waterford, for endangering children after the child was found in a home with dog feces, dog urine and garbage on Sept. 15.

Melanie Felger, 47, Highland Avenue, Rogers, was fined $50 for criminal mischief for kicking the door of Kevin Weaver’s Mustang on May 1. A restitution hearing was set for Oct. 17.

Judy Ann Burkhart, 63, West Main Street, Washingtonville, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for wrongful entrustment.

A Dec. 16 pretrial was set for Jaron Robert Stull, Stoy Street, Leetonia, cited with possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

An Oct. 10 pretrial was set for Charity M. Todd, 19, Salem-Unity Road, Salem, cited with criminal mischief for allegedly spraying mace inside the house of the father of her child on Monday.

A Dec. 2 pretrial was set for Andrew Bradley McManus, 19, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, cited with no license and speeding.

A domestic violence charge against Kathie L. Morris, 54, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, was dismissed. Morris was accused of spitting in Cassandra Rorah’s face and attempting to elbow her on June 8.

A Dec. 16 pretrial was set for Donald Lee Unkefer Jr., 33, Valley Street, Minerva, cited with driving under suspension.

Michael Wayne Nelson, 22, Campground Road, Wellsville, was fined $180 and ordered 20 hours of community service for driving under suspension and a seat belt violation.

Joshua S. Golding, 40, Merline Road NE, Kensington, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.

Miguel A. Tyson, 29, Austintown, was fined $250 and ordered 20 hours of community service for driving under suspension and failure to transfer registration.

Amber E. Greathouse, 27, Berlin Center, was fined $225 and sentenced 30 days for driving under suspension and speeding.

A Dec. 12 pretrial is set for Charlene Sias, 42, Elkton Road, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension.

Derek R. Westover, 33, Elkton Road, Lisbon, was fined $250, credited two days served in jail and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia for having a crack pipe.

Isaac L. Lemasters Jr., 49, Salineville Road, Salineville, was fined $150 and ordered 40 hours of community service for driving under suspension. Citations for no license and driving under suspension were dismissed.

Damien Matthew Cronin, 21, Jefferson Street, Salineville, was fined $150 for improper backing. Citations for reckless operation and failure to stop after an accident were dismissed.

Jerry Lee Bankston, 24, Campbell, was fined $100 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Elizabeth A. Morris, 27, East High Street, East Palestine, was fined $200 and ordered 30 hours of community service for driving under suspension.

Cipriano H. Hernandez, 31, Cedar Ridge Road, Salem, was fined $250 for no license, amended from driving under suspension.
