WELLSVILLE– In Wellsville Magistrate Court on Thursday, Aaron Stevens, East Liverpool, nuisance property case was dismissed by the prosecutor.
Anthony Pate, 65, Steubenville, was found guilty of failure to control. He was fined $200.
Elizabeth Lancaster, 33, New Cumberland, W.Va., was found guilty of failure to control and was fined $200.
Amanda Ogle, 37, Independence Square, pleaded guilty to a turn signal violation and was fined $125.
Judy Murphy, 47, Salineville, pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was fined $275.
Ronald Dye Jr., 53, East Liverpool, was found guilty of physical control. He was fined $275.
Pretrials were set on Oct. 24 for: Alexis Harrison, 26, Wood Street, for charges of suspended license, failure to report accident, leaving scene and reasonable control; Timothy Smith, 61, Sixteenth School Road, for a stop sign violation.
