LISBON — An 18-year-old Salem boy was cited into county Juvenile Court after he allegedly sent photographs exposing his private area to someone in January, as well as giving a phone or a tablet to a girl so he could contact her and meet with her after curfew after he was told to have no further contact with the girl.

A 13-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited after allegedly attacking 47-year-old Steven Lamm on Sept. 11; damaging a counter at the East Liverpool police station, where he also spit on the wall; repeated kicked the window of the police cruiser; spit on a police officer; forced police to wrestle him into the cruiser, then struggling to seat belt him in; and had an odor of alcoholic beverage about him during the events in question.

A 16-year-old Steubenville boy was cited with carrying a concealed weapon after it was reported he had brandishing a knife during an argument with a homeowner. Police found two children, both who admitted to being at a home and both denied having any weapons. However, police could see a weapon in the 16-year-old’s pockets and found it while searching him.

A 17-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited with being an unruly child on Sept. 23 after refusing to obey his parents or custodians and leaving home without returning or telling them where he went.

A 14-year-old East Liverpool child was cited after allegedly punching another 14-year-old in the face several times.

A 15-year-old East Palestine boy was cited with violating the terms of his probation after allegedly leaving the East Palestine High School and walking to the police department on one day, a day after he had walked to the police station from his home. He also allegedly had been verbally and physically aggressive with police.

Two 14-year-old Salem children were cited after punching a 15-year-old girl in the back of the head several times on July 12.

A 16-year-old Southern Local boy was cited for violating the terms of his probation by being disrespectful at home, swearing and refusing to follow his parents directions, as well as being suspended from school twice for refusing to cooperate with the staff and teachers.

A 16-year-old Crestview girl was cited with violating the terms of her probation after allegedly pinching, punching and scratching her mother because her mother refused to take her to Walmart. Additionally, she reportedly pushed her mother when she was attempting to get her to go to school. Finally she was truant from school on Aug. 29 and 30, plus Sept. 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.

A 16-year-old Crestview student was cited after allegedly trespassing on the property of Atreyu Theodore, state Route 164, on Sept. 11 and admitting to using marijuana on Oct. 2.

A 16-year-old Lisbon boy was cited on Sept. 11 after he allegedly left home without permission and failed to charge his ankle monitor, resulting in court officials not being able to locate him.

A 15-year-old Leetonia boy was cited on Sept. 9 after reportedly striking an 11-year-old girl in the face; banging his head against the inside of the police cruiser and being disrespectful with police officers; and possessing pot.

A 15-year-old Leetonia boy was cited with assault after striking another 15-year-old several times on Aug. 3.

A 14-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited after allegedly being verbally abusive, physically abusive toward his sisters, defiant and leaving school without permission.

Two children were cited with using tobacco products on Sept. 27 and another was cited on Sept. 20 by sheriff’s deputies.
