LISBON — Jason William Brown, 51, Cunningham Road, Salem, was sentenced in Common Pleas Court to nine months in prison for cultivation of marijuana and having weapons while under a disability.
Brown was growing marijuana on Feb. 17, 2018 and had a firearm when he is ineligible to have one after he was convicted of sexual battery in October 2004.
Shannon Herron, 43, Avondale Street, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and credited with 119 served for four counts of possession of drugs for heroin, N-(4-fluorophenyl)-N-(1 phenethylpperidin-4-yl) Isobutyramide (para-Fluoroisobutryl fentanyl), cocaine and tramadole on May 21, 2018.
