LISBON — In Juvenile Court a 16-year-old Lisbon child was cited after allegedly hitting and kicking another person on Aug. 31 and attempted to intimidate a witness.
A New Waterford child was cited with using a tobacco or nicotine product on Aug. 28.
A 13-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited after allegedly threatening to run away, arguing with his custodian and being disrespectful, cursing at police, refusing to go to school and threatening to purposely get suspended.
