LISBON — In Juvenile Court a 16-year-old Lisbon child was cited after allegedly hitting and kicking another person on Aug. 31 and attempted to intimidate a witness.

A New Waterford child was cited with using a tobacco or nicotine product on Aug. 28.

A 13-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited after allegedly threatening to run away, arguing with his custodian and being disrespectful, cursing at police, refusing to go to school and threatening to purposely get suspended.

A 13-year-old Lisbon boy was cited after reportedly moving toward his step-father with clenched fists, raised arms and being verbally aggressive on Aug. 25.

A 14-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited after allegedly violating the terms of her probation for being outside the house at 4:21 a.m. Aug. 19; again at 11:47 p.m. Aug. 21 and finally left home on Aug 23 without returning until 9 p.m. Aug. 24.

A 16-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited with being unruly on Aug. 22 after leaving home and refusing to tell her parents or guardians where she had gone.

A 15-year-old East Liverpool boy was cited for allegedly violating the terms of his probation for not taking his medication for two months, refusing to attend a scheduled school meeting with his probation officer and being aggressive toward his parents.

A 17-year-old Beaver Local student was cited for allegedly leaving home on Aug. 19 and failing to return.

A 14-year-old Leetonia student was cited after allegedly shoplifting items off a shelf at Smith Oil in Lisbon.

A 15-year-old East Palestine boy was cited after reportedly leaving home on Aug. 3 and failing to return home.

A 15-year-old Alliance girl was cited after allegedly violating the terms of her probation, leaving home without permission and refusing to return.

A 16-year-old Southern Local student was cited after allegedly shoplifting from Smith Oil in Lisbon on Aug. 7.

A 14-year-old East Liverpool, boy was cited with allegedly being unruly for not obeying household rules, being disrespectful and violent in the home.

A 17-year-old Southern Local boy was cited with violating the terms of his probation for allegedly testing positive for marijuana before his court hearing on July 30 and leaving the house on two occasions without his parents permission, as well as refusing to get into the car to go home.

A 14-year-old Salem boy was cited after leaving home on Aug. 4 and refusing to return home or let his parents or guardians know where he was.

A 15-year-old East Palestine student was cited with being in possession of a tobacco product on May 29.

A 18-year-old Opportunity School student was cited with being in possession of a tobacco product on May 10.

A 15-year-old Lisbon boy was cited with reportedly being disrespectful toward his step-mother, swinging at his father, but missing on June 27.

A 14-year-old Salem girl was cited after allegedly refusing to follow household rules, having behavioral issues in school and at home and associating with people her custodian told her not to associate with.

A 16-year-old East Palestine child was cited with violating the terms of probation after allegedly leaving home while on court ordered home confinement and admitting to drinking alcohol.

A 13-year-old East Liverpool girl was cited with allegedly refusing to abide to household rules and being defiant and exhibiting behavioral issues in the home.

A 16-year-old Leetonia student was cited after allegedly having an open can of Four Loko on July 15.

A 17-year-old South Range girl was cited with violating the terms of her probation after allegedly having contact with someone on July 7 she was told not to and after her mother picked her up to driver her home to North Lima, the girl reportedly drove her back to Salem.

A 15-year-old Salem girl was cited with violating the terms of her probation after allegedly leaving home overnight and being with her mother, who she has been ordered not to be in contact with.

A 14-year-old Lisbon boy was cited with violating the terms of his probation after allegedly leaving his home and visit someone between 2:59 a.m. and 3:45 a.m. on June 16, therefore breaking the terms of his home confinement.
