EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Jamie Severs, Taylor Road, Negley, was fined to $675 and given a 180-day jail sentence (80 days imposed) for OVI, no license, illegal and expired plates, and possessing drug abuse instruments as well as three years of intensive probation.

Patrick Scafide, Thompson Avenue, was fined $280 plus costs and given a 10-day jail sentence for driving under suspension, drug paraphernalia and a seat belt violation.

A pretrial was set Sept. 19 for Tanika Smith, Spring Grove, charged with two counts of domestic violence and obstructing official business.

Devon Bowers, Kountz Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $140 and given 30 days in jail for disorderly conduct and speeding with a review set for 1 p.m. Dec. 6.

Adam Gallimore, East Liverpool Road, was fined $250 and given 30 days imposed in jail for possessing drug abuse instruments.

Vincent Brokaw Jr., Bradshaw Avenue, was fined $150 and given a 60-day jail sentence (four imposed) and two years probation for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

Bryan Reilly, Hookstown, Pa., was fined $100 and given a 30-day suspended jail sentence and one year probation for disorderly conduct.

Donald McKenzie, Riley Avenue, fined $500 and given 120 days in jail (two imposed) for no license.

LISBON — In County Municipal Court, Daniel L. Smelser, 38, Amsterdam, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of failure to verify his change of address. Smelser, who has previously listed his address as in Columbiana and in Rogers, is required to notify the sheriff’s office of his change of address 20 days prior to moving after he was deemed a Tier III sex offender after his conviction for lewd or lascivious assault upon a child in the State of Florida in 1999.

An Oct. 7 pretrial was set for Cody Allan Dehoff, 30, Beaver Circle, Columbiana, charged with OVI second offense, parking on a highway and possession of a drug abuse instrument for a hypodermic needle.

Rusty Allen Hargreaves, 60, Wood Street, East Palestine, was fined $875, had his license suspended for a year, credited with two days in jail and sentenced to 58 additional days in jail for OVI second offense and menacing for threatening Tina Gonzalez on Oct. 5, 2018. A review hearing was set for Nov. 7.

An Oct. 21 pretrial was set for Michael Justin Mackensen, Mayfield Heights, charged with OVI second offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years and speeding.

Michael R. Culp, 28, North 18th Street, Sebring, was fined $775, had his license suspended for a year, credited with three days served for attending the counseling program and required 50 hours community service for OVI first offense and failure to control.

Kathy A. Williams, 55, Pearl Street, Leetonia, was fined $400, had her license suspended for a year and required 30 hours community service for left of center and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense. Additionally,Williams was fined $25 for zoning violation for allowing trash and garbage to accumulate on the porch and in the yard.

An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Cambria I. Kauffman, 20, Sherman Street, Lisbon, cited with OVI first offense, driving under FRA suspension, left of center, weeds required to be cut and possession of drug abuse instrument for an alleged hypodermic needle on Sunday.

A Nov. 5 pretrial was set for Matthew Berger, 42, King Road, Salem, cited with OVI first offense and marked lanes.

Chrystal L. Westover, 35, Canton, signed a waiver of extradition so she can be returned to Indiana where she is accused of failing to appear.

Jeffrey A. Dawson, 57, East Main Street, Salineville, was fined $250 for permitting trash on premises.

Robert. L. Coleman Jr., Maple Street, Lisbon, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Stephen D. Delauder Jr., 41, Spillway Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Richard W. Gaver, 40, East Vermont Avenue, Alliance, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.
