LISBON — Matthew P. Soldo, 39, South Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to assault and was immediately sentenced to nine months in prison. He was credited with 70 days already served. On May 19, Soldo harmed Kenneth Gooden, a corrections officer at the county jail while he was in custody.
Ronald Allen Mayhew, 33, New Cumberland, W.Va., pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence for trying to hide or conceal crack cocaine from law enforcement during an investigation. He faces up to three years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Dec. 6.
Dakota S. McCluskey, 27, last known address Hilltop Road, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. McCluskey had methamphetamines on both June 23, 2018 and Nov. 24, 2017. He faces up to two years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Nov. 21.
