LISBON — In county Municipal Court, Matthew D. Rudibaugh, 32, East Liverpool, was fined $150, placed on one year probation and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Thomas Cox, 57, Hanoverton, was fined $250 for suspended operator’s license.

David Wayne Phillis, 61, Beaver Falls, Pa., was fined $450, sentenced 68 days jail, placed on two years probation, required 40 hours community service and ordered to pay $187.72 to Land Pro in East Palestine for theft, criminal trespass and impersonating a peace officer. A Sept. 16 court trial was set for failure to yield charge.

Jeffery A. Dyke, 25, Alliance, was fined $975, sentenced six days jail, placed on two years probation, required 30 hours community service and had his driver’s license suspended on year for OVI, no operator’s license, no motorcycle endorsement, left of center, failure to control and expired registration.

Zackery Strub, 25, Salem, was fined $150 for failure to reinstate.

David A. Toth, 39, Solon, was fined $400, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for OVI and failure to control.

Shannon M. Johnson, 38, East Liverpool, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Donald Owens, 44, New Waterford, was fined $975, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation, required 40 hours community service and had his driver’s license suspended one year for carrying concealed weapon, physical control and driving under suspension.

Tonia L. Gearin, 38, Lisbon, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Melissa McCulley, 37, Salineville, was fined $200, and given one year probation and 40 hours community service for use of unauthorized plate and driving under suspension.

Tricia A. Watson, 35, Salem, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Terry E. Naylor, 19, Salineville, was fined $50 for violation of restriction.

Amanda L. Brickner, 38, East Palestine, was fined $200 for driving under FRA suspension and failure to display valid sticker.

Brent S. Johnson, 20, Washingtonville, was fined $150, sentenced 10 days jail with credit for one day served, placed on two years probation and required 40 hours community service for assault.

Timothy R. Foster, 26, East Liverpool, OVI fourth offense case bound over to county common pleas court.

Andrew J. Shafer, 40, Lisbon, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana. Domestic violence case dismissed.

A Sept. 23 pretrial was set for William D. Faulkner, 31, Salem, charged with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

A Nov. 21 review hearing was set for Andrew J. Shafer, 40, Lisbon, charged with two counts OVI third offense, OVI refusal with prior within 20 years, park on highway, driving under suspension, driving under OVI suspension, one way traffic, turn signals, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

A Sept. 8 pretrial was set for Joshua S. Golding, 40, Kensington, charged with possession of marijuana.

An Aug. 12 pretrial was set for Brandon M. Hill, 31, Salineville, charged with assault and criminal damaging.

A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Shane A. Burkhart, 31, Salem, charged with possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia and driving under FRA suspension.

An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Michael T. Joy, 31, Salem, charged with speeding.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Jordan Reese Jones, 18, Macedonia, charged with underage consumption.

A Sept. 17 pretrial was set for Mark S. Hutchinson Jr., 30, Rogers, charged with assault. A probable cause hearing was set the same day for aggravated menacing charge.

An Oct. 8 pretrial was set for Judy Ann Burkhart, 62, Washingtonville, charged with wrongful entrustment.

A Sept. 26 pretrial was set for Bruce W. Rodkey Jr., 42, Alliance, charged with driving under suspension.
