LISBON — An Aug. 15 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set in County Municipal Court for Timothy J. Johnson, 38, Roller Coaster Road, Lisbon, charged with receiving stolen property and cited with use of an unauthorized plate and a turn signal violation. Johnson allegedly had a registration sticker on the vehicle he was driving, which did not match the plate.

Carrie Lynn Stone, 59, North Walnut Street, East Palestine, was fined $1,000, had her license suspended for three years, required 60 hours community service and sentenced to 45 days in jail for OVI first offense, although third in 10 years.

An Aug. 26 pretrial was set for Patricia Ann Baughman, 48, Hostetter Road, Hanoverton, cited with OVI first offense and improper passing.

James T. Deatley, 43, Akron, pleaded no contest to theft and criminal trespassing. A sentencing hearing was set on July 22. Deatley reportedly went onto property belonging to Belinda Sadler, state Route 558, Salem, and took a utility trailer.

An Aug. 20 pretrial was set for Rodney Blake Russell, 63, East Martin Street, East Palestine, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

A Sept. 9 pretrial was set for Taylor Elizabeth Schisler, 23, New Middletown, cited with driving under OVI suspension.

A Sept. 21 pretrial was set for Robert Brad Owens Jr., 26, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, for possession of a schedule four substance for a buprenorphine strip allegedly found in his vehicle on April 14, 2018.

A July 16 pretrial was set for Dennis R. Byers III, 33, Chester Avenue, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly smacking Leeann Washburn-McMillin twice for taking his keys away because he was intoxicated on July 6.

Kazon L. Carter, 19, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Elaine Dean, 20, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Cody Harmon, 30, North State Street, New Waterford, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under a forfeiture specification.

Melissa M. Blake, 37, Quay Road, Negley, was fined $125 for driving under a forfeiture specification and marked lanes.

Timothy L. Phillis, 38, Canal Street, Hanoverton, was fined $150 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension and a windshield violation.

Willis F. Howard Jr., 62, Riverside Avenue, Wellsville, was fined $75 for open container and marked lanes.
