EAST LIVERPOOL — A pretrial was set at 8:30 a.m. July 25 for Michael Bruce, of Glenn Street, on a probation violation and charges of no operator’s license, open container and no license plate violations.
Joseph Piscitani was sentenced to pay a $50 fine plus costs on a littering charge.
Jared L. Headley, of McCoy Avenue, was sentenced to pay $30 plus costs on an expired plates’ charge.
Ronald E. Stewart Jr., of Dresden Avenue, is scheduled at 8:30 a.m. September 12 for a jury trial on OVI and marked lanes’ charges. He has a status hearing set for 10 a.m. September 4.
Pretrials are set for 8:30 a.m. July 18 for Douglas C. Toothman, of East 4th Street, and Kelly Hooper, of St. Clair Avenue, on domestic violence charges; Lawrence E. Cline, of Danbury Avenue in Wellsville on a driving under suspension charge; and Carol A. Wright McClellan, of St. Clair Avenue, on OVI, open container, marked lanes, drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, left of center and failute to control charges.
Jordan M. March was sentenced to $250 plus costs and 180 days in jail, 30 imposed, on a possession of drug abuse instruments’ charge. The case is scheduled for review 1 p.m. Oct. 18.
Robert E. Oliver, Grant Street in Newell, was sentencned to $200 plus costs on a disorderly conduct while intoxicated charge.
Nick A. Salisbury, of Vine Street, was set for a 11:30 a.m. August 28 motion hearing on a driving under suspension and reckless operation case.
Patty L. Reed, of Torrence Drive in Wellsville, was sentenced to $675 plus costs and 180 days in jail, three imposed, on an OVI and left of center case. She also was put on three years of probation and returns for a hearing at 1 p.m. August 30≥
Jerry L. Cunningham, of Jennings Avenue, was sentenced to $130 plus costs for driving under suspension and improper display of plates charges. He returns for a review hearing at 1 p.m. July 21.
