LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court Michael Dimko, 54, Salem, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.

Jacqueline Mayle, 40, Canton, was fined $200 and had her driver’s license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

Shane H. McDevitt, 40, Columbiana, was fined $725, sentenced 90 days jail and had his driver’s license suspended one year for OVI first offense and traffic control devices.

Richard R. Vecchio, 57, Lisbon, was fined $150 for open container in a public place and two counts public intoxication.

Dennis Ray Byers II, 33, Wellsville, was fined $200 and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dejan Lazarevic, 25, Saint Petersburg, Fla., was fined $150 for stop sign.

Anthony J. Menefee, 25, Lisbon, was fined $175 and had his driver’s license suspended 180 days for failure to control and possession of marijuana.

Tanna R. Gough, 27, East Liverpool, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

Krystal D. Koons, 29, Alliance, was fined $150, placed on one year probation and required 20 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Joshua E. Tabler, 33, Malvern, burglary and domestic violence cases bound over to county common pleas court. Tabler is charged with allegedly forcing his way into the back door of his mother’s home on U.S. 30 in Minerva on June 9 and allegedly threatening to set her on fire.

Sara C. Noling, 32, East Palestine, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension.

John Juarez, 28, Barnesville, Ga., was fined $150 for traffic control devices.

David E. Hill, 68, East Palestine, was fined $875, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation and required 40 hours community service for OVI, hit/skip and improper passing.

David W. Solman, 57, Columbiana, was fined $100 for speeding.

Michael N. Nagel Jr., 34, Columbiana, was fined $150 for possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Brandon E. Hacker, 26, East Palestine, theft and falsification cases bound over to county common pleas court.

Cody A. Barham, 25, Salem, was fined $100, given credit for four days served, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cassandra Lee Miller, 31, Beloit, was fined $150 for equipment violation.

Aaron John Miller, 20, Kensington, was fined $375, sentenced three days jail, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for OVI.

An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Jenna Hoffman, 28, Lisbon, charged with failure to control.

A June 27 pretrial was set for Steven W. Watters II, 41, Lisbon, charged with assault, driving under financial responsibility and improper/expired registration.

An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Nicholas A. Pizzoferrato, 44, Lisbon, charged with driving under FRA suspension.

An Aug. 12 pretrial was set for Kathy Ann Williams, 55, Leetonia, charged with zoning violation.

An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Nam Duc Luu, 45, Wintersville, charged with OVI first offense, endangering children and speeding.

An Aug. 19 pretrial was set for Steve D. Abner, 47, Canton, charged with driving under license forfeiture suspension and possession of marijuana.

An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Jonathon M. Weaver, 31, East Liverpool, charged with driving under license forfeiture suspension, marked lanes, and possession of drug abuse instrument.

An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Tonia L. Gearin, 38, Lisbon, charged with menacing.

An Aug. 12 pretrial was set for Dennis Ray Byers II, 33, Wellsville, charged with driving under FRA suspension.

An Aug. 12 pretrial was set for Gerald A. Jackson, 35, Washingtonville, charged with driving under suspension, failure to stop after an accident and reasonable control.
