LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court Jarrod L. Westover, 19, Lisbon, was given credit for one day served, placed on two years probation and required to have no contact with Walmart for criminal damaging.

Travis L. Diekmann, 33, Washingtonville, was fined $650, placed on two years probation, required 70 hours community service and had his driver’s license suspended one year for OVI, driving under FRA suspension and tail lights.

Jacob Gilbert Edgerton, 21, Canfield, was fined $100 for speeding.

Larissa M. Ritteger, 34, Rogers, was fined $100 and sentenced 10 days jail with credit for two days served for disorderly conduct.

Daryl A. Greathouse, 61, Lisbon, breaking and entering case bound over to county common pleas court. Greathouse allegedly broke into the office at Apple Grove apartments in Lisbon on June 7 and stole numerous items, including a Snickers bar, Hershey bar, bag of almonds, and a key.

Richard P. Graffius, 42, Salem, driving under suspension case dismissed.

Britton K. Steiginga, 25, New Waterford, was fined $150, placed on one year probation and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension.

David M. Birch, 54, East Palestine, was fined $100, given credit for one day served and placed on two years probation for resisting arrest and persistent disorderly conduct.

Dalton J. Owens, 18, Wellsville, was fined $250, given credit for one days served, paced on two years probation and required 40 hours community service for obstructing official business and criminal trespass.

Edward Knox Jr., 27, Youngstown, was fined $300, had his driver’s license suspended 180 days and was placed one on year probation for possession of marijuana, marked lanes and distracted driving.

Jeffrey Arter, 61, Lisbon, was fined $700, sentenced six days jail, placed on two years probation and required 30 hours community service for OVI and marked lanes.

Janet Lynn Powell, 59, East Palestine, was fined $725, placed on two years probation, required 40 hours community service and had her driver’s license suspended 12 months for OVI and turn signal.

Tina M. Unkefer, 48, Salem, was fined $250 and had her driver’s license suspended 180 days for leaving the scene.

Paul J. Kern Jr., 39, East Palestine, was fined $280 and sentenced 120 days jail for resisting arrest, criminal damaging, menacing, theft, possession of drug abuse instrument and possession of drug paraphernalia.

An Aug. 12 pretrial was set for Kyle Z. Temple, 25, Lisbon, charged with seat belt.

A June 20 preliminary hearing was set for Brandon E. Hacker, 26, East Palestine, charged with theft.

A June 24 preliminary hearing was set for James R. Brorman, 36, Lisbon, charged with assault on a peace officer and abusing harmful intoxicants. Brorman allegedly huffed gasoline from a sock and gas can inside of his garage at his home on Saturday and struggled with officers during his arrest, striking EMT Zachary Lawrence in the face with his elbow.

A June 24 pretrial was set for Maila L. Thomas, 28, Leetonia, charged with two counts assault for allegedly striking Mary Stiffler in the face several times in Leetonia on Monday.

An Aug. 6 pretrial was set for Roxanne N. Phillips, 23, Lisbon, charged with driving under FRA suspension, speeding and rest tinted glass.
