LISBON — A June 17 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Deryl A. Greathouse, 61, Saltwell Road, Lisbon, charged with breaking and entering for allegedly entering the Apple Grove Apartments through Terrie Kyser’s office window and taking numerous items while inside, including a Snickers Bar, Hershey Bar, bag of almonds and a key.

William L. Gist, 51, Ohio Avenue, East Liverpool, was bound over to the grand jury on a vandalism charge for allegedly breaking a window at the county jail on May 16, which was valued at $1,163 to replace.

Jonathan D. Harstine, 29, state Route 154, Lisbon, was fined $625, had his license suspended for a year, required 30 hours community service, credited with three days served and sentenced to an additional 87 days for OVI first offense, failure to control and carrying a concealed weapon for having a 9-millimeter Glock semi-automatic firearm without the magazine inserted, but with the magazine loaded with 17 rounds both in a holster on the back floor of his vehicle on April 14. He was granted work release.

Robert L.J. Zuch, 32, Route 170, Negley, was sentenced to 15 days in jail, fined $925, had his license suspended for two years and required 40 hours community service for OVI second offense and expired license.

An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Danny G. Anderson, 49, Waugh Street, Alliance, charged with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and left of center.

Jarrod Lee Westover, 19, homeless, was fined $150 and sentenced to 15 days in jail for theft after he stole numerous items from the candy aisle at Smith Oil in Lisbon on Wednesday by placing them down the front of his pants.

An Aug. 5 pretrial was set for Robert K. Jennings, 58, North Market Street, Lisbon, charged with domestic violence for allegedly putting his foot down onto Sherri Jennings’ face on March 10.

An Aug. 8 pretrial was set for Brent S. Johnson, 19, Washington Street, Washingtonville, charged with assault for allegedly kicking a child, leaving him with bruises on his chest and a face laceration on May 6.

A domestic violence charge against Alan W. Parsons, 53, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was dismissed. Parsons had been accused of grabbing his daughter and pulling her into a wall at the police station on March 1.

A July 25 pretrial was set for Jerry M. Bowman, Youngstown, charged with making false alarms for allegedly reporting he had been robbed at gunpoint for between $200 and $250 in cash, but later admitted there was no gun involved and he had lent the alleged robber the money, but the person had failed to pay him back.

A July 25 pretrial was set for John T. Susan, 61, Beechwood Drive, Columbiana, charged with criminal damaging for allegedly hitting the siding of a nearby house trailer with rocks fired by slingshot on Saturday.

Richard A. Baker, 29, Seigler Road, Lisbon, was fined $450, required 40 hours community service and credited with four days served in jail for telephone harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct. One disorderly conduct charge was amended from violating a temporary protection order. On Jan. 21, Baker came within 100 yards of Christy Baker in the parking lot of Family Dollar in Leetonia, while making an obscene gesture and rude comments. The other disorderly conduct charge was amended from an aggravated menacing charge for allegedly telling his then mother-in-law if he could not have his daughter no one will and threatening her life in August.

A July 25 pretrial was set for Kathie L. Morris, 54, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence for allegedly spitting in Cassandra Rorah’s face and attempting to elbow her in the chest on Saturday.

A June 17 pretrial was set for Damar Rashawn Peterson, 20, Massillon, charged with furnishing false info, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, no license, loud exhaust and a seat belt violation.

A June 13 pretrial was set for Josiah Paul Laughlin, 20, Route 7, Rogers, charged with theft for allegedly placing candy from Smith Oil in his pockets on Wednesday.

Dalton M. Cunningham, 23, Lincoln Street, Salineville, was fined $150, credited with three days in jail, sentenced to two additional days in jail and required 40 hours community service for obstructing official business for getting upset police were parked in front of his home, alerting several neighbors about police presence and calling the police dispatcher to inquire why they were there on April 20.

Kyle N. Hilliard, 34, Rochester Road, Kensington, was fined $330 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana paraphernalia, marijuana possession and a seat belt violation. A speeding citation was dismissed.

Leanna N. Skiba, 34, McCann Road, East Rochester, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension and a traffic control devices violation.

Nicholas J. Conway, 38, East North Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $150 and required 30 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from violating a temporary protection order for going on March 13 to the workplace on a woman, whom he was court ordered not to be around, and sending her a text on March 14.

A June 13 pretrial was set for Mark A. Conroy, 50, East Third Street, Salem, charged with criminal mischief for allegedly drinking vodka until he was intoxicated and trying to get into several vehicles in Salem on Saturday afternoon before he was found sitting by a tree.

Stafon Tre Libert, 22, Center Avenue, Lisbon, had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

A July 15 pretrial was set for Daniel William Haschak, Pearl Street, Leetonia, cited with illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

William De’Marious Hutchinson, 24, Canton, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana paraphernalia for a glass smoking pipe on Sunday.

Adam R. Bell, 26, Port Washington, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.

Earl E. Scyoc Jr., 46, Lusk Lock Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from speeding.

Briana K. Post, 29, state Route 164, Salineville, was fined $100 for driving under FRA suspension.

A July 25 pretrial was set for Desiree L. Ingledue, 24, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, cited with driving under suspension.

A July 23 pretrial was set for Clint Ross Reynolds, Sr., 42, South Lincoln Avenue, Lisbon, cited with a turn signals violation, a seat belt violation and distracted driving.

A July 1 pretrial was set for Ryan S. McCleary, 39, Detroit, Mich., cited with speeding and driving under suspension.
