EAST LIVERPOOL — In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Jonathan R. Easterday, Wilbert Avenue, was fined $500 and given 90 days in jail, 30 imposed, for domestic violence, speeding and no license.
Tanika M. Smith, Spring Grove, was fined $600 and given 180 days in jail, 30 imposed, for domestic violence and theft.
Charles R. Wilke, Lang Street, was given 180 days, 30 days imposed, for domestic violence.
William D. Jacquet was fined $250 and given 30 days for obstructing official business, theft and criminal trespass.
William E. Fulmer Jr., West Ninth Street, was fined $100 fine and given 45 days in jail, 35 imposed, on two prohibitions of companion animals charges.
David C.E. Rutter Jr., Riverside Street, Wellsville, was fined $800 fines and given 90 days for no license (two counts), failure to signal and complicity to theft.
Jarrod Lee Westover was fined $100 and given 25 days for criminal trespass.
Edward G. Cottrill, Clarksburg, W.Va., was fined $100 for drug abuse instruments.
Adrian R. Rosser, Pittsburgh, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana.
Heather B. Power, Parkway, was fined $30 had his license suspended 180 days for drug paraphernalia.
Keivan A. S. Mroz, Canfield, was fined $280 for no license and speeding.
Shawn M. Cunningham, Sebring, and Casey Cunningham, East Eighth Street, are scheduled at July 11 for a show cause hearing and July 18 for a jury trial on theft charges. Casey Cunningham also faces a criminal tools charge.
Todd A. Hawthorne, Garver Avenue, was granted a continuance June 20 on his domestic violence case.
