LISBON — In County Municipal Court, Austin M. Boots, 21, Pinetree Circle, East Palestine, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of criminal damaging and trespassing into a habitation for allegedly kicking a glass door, shattering it and damaging the screen at an East Friend Street, Columbiana, home of Eric Osberg on Monday, where Boots had reportedly first gotten through the back yard fence and was screaming someone was going to kill him.

Joseph D. Beatty, 30, Old Lincoln Highway, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 75 days in jail, fined $1,025, had his license suspended for four years and required 30 hours community service for OVI third offense and failure to control.

A May 30 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set for Brandon D. Booher, 32, Pearl Street, Leetonia, charged with carrying a concealed weapon, having weapons while under a disability, use of an unauthorized plate, no license and obstructing official business for allegedly identifying himself as Tracy A. Booher with a false date of birth. Booher allegedly had a .22 caliber revolver in the center console of his vehicle during the traffic stop on Friday.

Luis Orlando Giron Cintron, 34, Thelma Avenue, Alliance, was fined $925, had his license suspended for a year, credited with 68 days in jail and required 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, aggravated menacing and menacing. On Jan. 26, Cintron was sitting in the driveway of Ashley Hill and when she told him she was calling police, he reportedly told her he had a gun and did not care. A second count of menacing was dismissed.

A June 4 pretrial was set for Daniel Adams, 41, Youngstown, cited with OVI first offense, driving under suspension and marked lanes.

Jason R. Cusick, 44, Cameron Road, Wellsville, was fined $430, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 60 hours community service for failure to control, a seat belt violation and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.

Breontez Young, 26, Hester Avenue, Alliance, was fined $150, credited with three days served and sentenced to an additional seven days in jail for failure to control, expired license and criminal trespassing for climbing into a vehicle on Lisbon Road, Leetonia, on March 23 while seeking shelter while walking from Lisbon overnight.

Jamie L. Domenick, 45, New Castle, Pa., was fined $100, required 20 hours community service and credited with a day in jail and sentenced to an additional nine days in jail for theft for taking two new tires from Rollerena Auto Sales valued at $87 each.

A July 2 pretrial was set for Stephanie Hernandez, 42, U.S. Route 30, Minerva, charged with disorderly conduct for public intoxication and criminal damaging for allegedly grabbing a phone and throwing it onto the asphalt, which broke it on Saturday.

A July 8 pretrial was set for Derek Steven Lee Green, 29, Main Street, Kensington, cited with driving under suspension, leaving the scene and failure to control.

Hank W. Joy Jr., 31, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $450 and required 50 hours community service for two counts of driving under suspension and one count of loud exhaust.

Todd Kirtley, 36, Metz Road, New Waterford, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.

A June 24 pretrial was set for Dawn C. Dittmer, 46, Ellwood City, Pa., charged with abusing harmful intoxicants for allegedly having 15 empty aerosol duster cans in the backseat when she was found parked at the Walmart in Salem on Saturday.

Jesse K. Rapp, 30, Hawkins Road, Columbiana, was fined $100, credited with two days served in jail and required 20 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from criminal damaging for punching a screen and breaking the leg on a box fan on July 22.

A July 2 pretrial was set for Nicholas S. Faulk, 29, Independence Square, Wellsville, cited with driving under FRA suspension, driving under suspension and use of unauthorized plate.

A July 8 pretrial was set for Kimberly C. McBride, 38, Garfield Avenue, East Palestine, cited with driving under suspension and speeding.

Leah Wolfe, 41, East Grant Street, East Palestine, was fined $250 for driving under FRA suspension.

A septic system violation was dismissed against Tammy A. Weber, 61, Brushville Road, East Palestine.
