LISBON — Michael Shane Pitts, 27, state Route 164, Summitville, was served a secret indictment charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of hashish, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, along with five specifications for forfeiture of money in a drug case.
On Aug. 19, Pitts allegedly had at least 27 grams of cocaine, a compound mixture containing heroin, more than the bulk amount of fentanyl, 6-monacetylmorphine, tramadol and hashish. Additionally he allegedly had $910, derived through a felony drug offense.
